Think people need to remember if a man does his running from a motor his idea of a deer dog will be very different to someone that does it on foot9 points
-
Not for me that ringing rspca on anyone. I think there better ways to go about a situation like that.9 points

For a start we aint pals. Secondly make any excuse ya want if u was worth a rub you deal with that situation a different way than that hunting man or not. Theres more than one person on this site owns dogs ive give em for nothing and offered a few more away. Ive had rspca and police to my place because of nosey folk that cant knock a door only good for getting on the phone. To me its wrong.8 points

I went to check some ground on an estate I had not visited for several weeks and was met with far from so called lock down measures! Ramblers everywhere! Some obviously not from the same household too! Dogs running wild. The air was filled with barking dogs and the gay abandonment of a people completely out of tune with their surroundings! I found pheasants cowering in corners of fields trying to conceal them selves from marauding dogs and their indifferent owners! I thought to myself how much I long for the " lock down" to end so all the trinket shop's and cafe's can reopen at7 points

That can’t be right because Max clearly said that Henry VIII had the Tudor version of Jimmy Hendrix playing at his wedding and traitors gate was the start of the Nottinghill Carnival ?5 points

Put 24mm ply in door for now. Framed out the roller shutter door entrance. Fitted security gate infront of pedestrian door. Had to fit it off centre so it didn't clash with roller shutter entrance. More secure than my house now!5 points

When I was young it was the Golden rule that you NEVER EVER touched the Kits until they were several Weeks old ! I do not know if it was the right thing to do but all Ferret breeders abided by that rule now days though most people who breed a litter cannot wait to take pictures , handle , and Sex the litter , well to me this cannot be right and I think that you should just let them get on with it ! after Mum knows best and you should let Her do Her thing in peace .5 points

It's hard enough to get a good shot of a Fox or an Otter and there are loads with a camera let alone I smart phone. Sooner or later I'm convinced it will happen. I totally believe the accounts I have been told genuine people, why would they lie, not one of them went to the papers or brag about it. In fact some of them you had to worm it out of them bit reluctant to tell. Cheers Arry4 points

Not bred a litter for few decades but back in the day you were all ways warned not to disturbed them for a week or two and never had an issue. I guess some jills will be and others not. Nothing to gain really by having a look so no harm in waiting till they well settled in. That would be the route I would I take if i bred a litter now4 points

Yous fuckers make me laugh,ya know the law and what comes with it you take ya chance that’s the game of poaching if ya love ya dogs and motors that much ya wouldn’t take ya chance in a place that’s hot.simple as so if ya know the risk what will happen if ya get caught don’t be f***ing twisting on here about loosing ya dogs and ya motor when ya know what’s going to happen when ya get caught ffs.Grow a pair and stop looking for f***ing sympathy to have all the hunting life massive to say they can’t do this that and the other when ya know they can and will.Easy way around it in this game, don’t do3 points

Also in these eco conscious times they certainly have a part to play ,I'd use one myself for my daily commute , I enjoy riding my mountain bike in my free time but my work is uphill all the way with a couple of quite steep long climbs, I'd be fekt by the time I get to work and then have to start a days graft , if an electrical bike took the sting out the hills then I'm all for it for a daily commute, it's got to be healthier and more eco friendly than the car not to mention fuel and wear and tear costs on the car, I'm quite interested in one for these reasons. What's that about eh? Rescue a f***ing saluki, to have it muzzled and never let off the lead.... And they think we are cruel taking something for the pot ?3 points
-
Dumped, seen plenty of saluki types been left an dumped rescues get them an then poor things are rehomed to be walked on a harness or with a muzzle on. Never allowed to exercise freely.3 points

Good to hear you got sorted Jimmy and good of the boys to show their true colours, thats what friends are all about. Looking forward to going over to Si myself to pick up the cabinet and of course a chin wag with Si. When I saw the tiger stripes in your Raider stock last night, I just knew that this was going to be cracking when completed. What most of you guys don't know is that when I spoke to Jimmy around 7pm, he had already stripped the varnish, washed the wood and was on with smoothing down with wet n dry, this is not going to be very long before it is done and gleaming on these p3 points

I’d say one of the main reasons for areas getting hot is people putting the names of places on open forums like this for thousands to see.3 points

Greb: Speaking as a Birder? If you want a pair for generally wandering around, getting an absolute certainty of what that little bird in the hedge, over the fence, or up in that tree is? The Carl Zeiss Jena Deltrintem 8x30 has been the Birders bench mark for ever. I always had mine, round my neck. 'Scope and 'pod over the shoulder. Nothing was safe. Ridiculously well within your budget, s/h on ebay. Absolute work horse. You'd have to pry mine from my cold, dead hands! Got them, s/h, decades ago. They still live right beside me and are grabbed about daily. As Meece has said though, i3 points

We bought our smallholding with the intention of cutting back on our work and living a simpler healthier life. As all good intentions they've only been sort of achieved, and generally the place seems more of a bind. Well the last five weeks have really given us the impetus to crack on and start doing things while we can. Looking around me now I can't believe how much we have achieved, the place is tidy, the hedges are cut back, the stock fencing is in tact. The raised beds are all deep dig and rotavated, the green house is full of seedlings and in it goes. Polytunnel needs finishing in th2 points

There yes are lads, just two weeks ago he said this, he's thinks the world will not get back to normal unless everyone globally is vaccinated. Who the f**k put this c**t in charge. See them protests that was on the news in America recently, well guess what, they weren't protesting against lockdown, there protesting an demanding that gates be aressted. Oh an I found court dates for old Billy boy for India, an a few Indian news reports about what he has done, the news report was about how deep he is in it with Monsanto an trying to control food production, but no point posting i2 points

If money was no factor, what would you buy, Swarovski ... Leica.? The amount of times people ask advice on which binoculars they always seem to get steered towards big cheap optics. you have stated that you can't justify to the Mrs anything more than £250 so tell her you got a deal and didn't spend more.?. Anything over 7x is difficult to hold steady. If you can look through a pair of world class glass at dusk then you would see what I mean. Remember this old quote..... The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.2 points
