Working out/lifting weights.....will all help your test levels anyway regardless of test boosters. Vit D promotes pituitary gland function which is often another cause of low test, low sex drive etc.....i certainly wouldnt recommend jumping from straight into test boosters without first trying natural means such as exercise/weight training....higher protein intake/higher carb and healthy fats, maybe a bit of ginger extract......lose the beer/drugs as much as possible and try to live a stress free life.....if you havent had a noticeable improvement within 6 months look at boosters.6 points

Decided to have a go at rescuing it so took 3/4 of an inch off the blade and added a thumb groove on the spine ... also re profiled the handle. Got a bit of work to do on the edge and the handle to get it where I want it but much happier with it now.5 points

Got to confess Saturday was the best day I’ve had for a long time,,, great company and effortless fun!! the clays were a first for me never shot one before but I’ll be doing it again,, phil did a great job with the trap? Our phil on the trap:) and some of sat nights rabbit bag, there were a fair few that couldn’t be retrieved, there are that many holes that if you shoot them in the hedge line you can guarantee they will kick themselves down a hole and every section looks the same? all in all a great weekend and great company... cheers lads? I have been a sheetmetal worker/ fabricator /welder for 40yrs and have done all sorts of things to help folk out and freely pass any knowledge I have on to anyone who would like to learn and who treats me right, same as fishing hunting or whatever I’ve always been the same, anything else is alien to me. I just enjoy life the best I can doing things I enjoy, no issues with me on any subject. As for learning things, everyone has to start somewhere, there isn’t a fella been born that knows everything. Got to the permission at around 5:30 pm and got my self settled overlooking some scrub 50 yards away . This is a great farm to shoot on and always has a healthy hoard of Bunnys ? Didn't have to wait long when bunny number 1 appeared , settled the falcons crosshair on the Bunnys bounce and squeezed of the shot , the .177 JSB gave a healthy crack registering a nice headshot and it fell on the spot a nice 50 yarder ☺ Had to wait a little while for bunny number 2 to show and he followed his mate into the bag , I tracked the JSB to the nogging on this one on 18 x magnifacation ?☺3 points

There are some professional mole trappers who would prefer to keep the dark art of mole trapping secret from people like you who just want to trap a few moles and not go into it full time with full and paid for accreditation from the self-appointed Guild. They are living in the dim and distant past. How many of us do our own decorating, or service our vehicles, or know someone who will do that for cash in hand? How many have looked on youtube or a specialist forum to find out how to fix something? Anyone who has never taken bread from a tradesman's mouth step forward now.................3 points

I use a product called Androgel. Its a gel that you apply to your torso. It is the easiest, but most expensive way to go. Most people think TRT is for limp dick syndrome. It does work for that, but just as important, it is a boost to your over all wellbeing. Make no mistake, if your over 30, your T is depleting at an alarming rate. My energy levels are better now than 10/15yrs ago. The soft body and lack of interest in things that used to get you going is because your T is depleting. Id advise any man over 40 to get his levels checked and improve his l3 points

Born, can’t say that I’m all for it mate.....I have no wish to see British youngsters dying to make a Belgium business man a billionaire. Our forces would be at the forefront because basically all the other armies in Europe ain’t worth a f**k compared to our chaps. Not for me mate.2 points

Mac, when I've had this surgery call back down to Scarborough, me and Si between us could take you out with my rifles and see if you can't slot ya self a deer pal eh!2 points

Fingers crossed I should be meeting up and introducing pooch to my 2, then a home introduction then maybe a quick look at her working. I trust the guy I'm getting her from completely as he could have moved her on 100 times but wants to know where she is going, he loves his dogs. He has also been a huge help to me over the last few years teaching me the basics of the sport and allowing me to accompany him on trips. I wont embarrass him on here but if you see this mate you've been a diamond.2 points

Just want to say though. I absolutely believe that over the next 50 years the EU will push for military integration and a supreme command, which is essential for them to operate properly as a political power. That was an absolute red line for me and given how entwined we are already it would become more and more difficult to resist as time goes on.2 points

Yet your stupid enough to put pictures up of fox that’s clearly been taken by dogs ?? With a dog stood over it nice work ??(Probably the only one your dogs have taken that why you’ve got the picture to give your ego a little rub and to add to media when you want to try an doop people in to think your scouring the land and taking them left right an centre????) you can’t use the shot with guns line when your there trying to prove to the world of the hunting life your dogs worth to people as a point Like I said no picture didn’t happen! your a poo waffler fella if this 20hares happened but cl2 points

And some folks on other threads mock those who say they can't speak freely for fear of their licenses being revoked.... Hopefully UD takes some time to reassess the use of social media and comes back to contribute with a more 'cautious' attitude. Not that I'm suggesting he does anything illegal or illegitimate but these days society is not so understanding or forgiving. It's f***ing shit.2 points

Bought a Sun holiday off a mate who couldn’t make it . Went to Warmwell parkdene in Dorset, the weather was fantastic, the daughter and son in law and grand kids came down as well . Never had a holiday in Dorset before and I can recommend it . What a lovely place , visited Durdle Door on Saturday, stunning.2 points

I come off at Bridgewater, left at top of slip road, over the hill, left at bottom by traffic lights ,follow that road for a bit, come to a car wash place on the right, and there's s pink pub just after it,turn right down side of the pub ,keep going to cross road, turn right, that will take you to illchester crossroads,a right then sharp left, take you through illchester past water buffalo farm to Yeovil then sherborne and to Dorchester.2 points

I am sorry to hear this news UD as I believe you are a true country lover enjoying traditional guns. I confess that I have no idea what the law states regarding the use of a slug / ball in muzzle loaders but surely if you check with BASC or the police themselves, make the changes needed to keep inside the law, job done and you carry on as before apart from any change needed regarding the slug / ball. It will be very sad not having you telling your hunting tales with superb photos including your lovely dog. I wish you well and sincerely hope you are able to resolve the issue and stay with2 points
