Yes it’s only 1 but it was a memerable catch ,for the most part retired dog , it was like going back in time when 180 deg flips landing backwards in the hedge were standard for the old lad , still can’t believe he caught it ? a heart in the mouth landing but he stood up and was one happy lad , and me I was made up for him

  7. The sister to my T Rex , the Pro Sport, " should" be here tomorrow, touch wood, so I thought I`d give the T Rex a hunting session today. It`s hard shooting on my permissions at the moment as the pigeons are feeding away from my grounds on Rape. Anyway, I`ve watched a few trees of late and decided to try one of them but it needs a hide putting up and is a bit of a walk across some fields to get to. So, I saddled up my home made hide, poles, primos , seat and game carrier and off we went. I landed a

  9. That is a huge leap forward in technology, a landrover with a HEATER that works ... ..seems quieter and smokes less than most and with better acceleration and top end speed it’s got to be a winner ...I presume it still leaks oil and water so people know where your parking spaces are ..little more work to do on draft proofing and windscreen wipers but definitely a big tech leap ...

  19. A judge in California has ruled that a baker didn't have to provide a wedding cake for a same-sex marriage as it violated her beliefs. In a surprising victory for common sense, the judge ruled that the state of California could not coerce the baker to go against her beliefs. The baker had a referral arrangement with another establishment that would gladly provide the service and this was deemed utterly fair! Some of us have argued this for a while and it's genuinely refreshing to see it play out in a legal setting! Well done California! Now about those Second Amendment restrictions..

Nice little bit off hail stones to remind me why I enjoy being out so much?. We chased a couple off bunnies then onto some thick brambles, put a fox out and after a wee chase it made its way away pushed on alitttle An they where on off again this time from what I could see they pushed a roe but vetted off that onto another fox they had a good old chase at this took the fox alittle bit to shake off the busher she’s fast for her size. I moved on mo

  31. Well I've I've had a tx in both flavours and loved them. I've never owned a 97 but I've shot them and again, lovely to shoot. It is going to be a pro sport in .177 when I've got the spare funds as I had that one last year very briefly and I was gutted to have to swap it but it just wasn't right so yes, a pro sport it will be pal. I'm like a broken record I know but it's the best looking springer out there and if it's as impressive as either of my tx200's then I will be made up. Just need to keep saving a bit longer??

  32. Yeah, cold but lovely day. I don`t think an airgun hunter`s cabinet is full, without a T Rex in it , - superb rifles. Which springer do you fancy Twat, I mean , Matt Carp fisherman ? yep it does but just has to be done this time of year.

  36. Make you wonder for sure. They tell you that the Red Squirrel goes out onto branches too thin for the Pine Marten to follow but can catch the bigger Grey Squirrel's. The poor Red Squirrel's that I seen Martens taking in documentaries must have been suffering from obesity or something ,LOL. The next time you see a Pine Marten road kill (a common sight on roads) pick it up and get it mounted with that red Squirrel in it's mouth just to annoy the wildlife "experts" who tell us Pine Martens are a useful addition to our countryside

  37. Our representatives in parliament will only enact our will if we are holding a gun to their heads with the hammer cocked and safety off. Power corrupts..... there's no point complaining that it shouldn't, it does and that's that. The beauty of democracy is that we are given a gun and the right to pull the trigger to keep our representatives on the straight and narrow. Now, what I have seen of my countrymen is that we are willing to wave the gun around and get folks attention but haven't the balls to pull the trigger and those fuckers know exactly what they can get away with to keep that balanc

  38. Pellet testing is fun - I still like to do it from time to time. I think it's generally best to avoid the cheaper brands. More established brands like JSB, H&N, AA etc, will be better quality. If you've got a decent lead diablo pellet that works well, I'd keep that as the one for all hunting and target shooting. That said, the 2 gimmicky type pellets that I found to work well are Baracuda Hunter Extreme and Polymag shorts. ...... Both have been accurate to around 40yrds in a few of my rifles.

  41. Honestly, no boasting bullshit. I can outshoot a PCP with my spring rifles. I own a Daystate Regal .177 and a Webley FX2000 .22. Both are beautiful to shoot with but, my Air Arms Pro Sport .22 is more accurate producing a tighter single hole pellet group than I can achieve with both these superb PCPs shooting at a zeroing range of 30 metres. I can get the same standards with my on-ticket HW80 .22. That rifle delivers 23 foot pounds of whack, with absolute precision accuracy. It's nice to be able to enjoy the advantages of both PCP and spring actions. But, I'm a spring gun man first to the

  43. From what I understand (and I don’t understand much at the best of times !!) it’s a market readjustment. As in, the economy is doing so well that a rise in interest rates must be on the cards so people are simply dumping some shares and moving the money into other stock that will benefit most from a rise in rates. Basically it’s shifting money to a more favourable place based on all the indicators. Bit hey, I could obviously be wrong and Trump has now caused a world slump as well as the myriad other things he always does wrong It will be that or Brexit anyway.........lol l

  45. It means that anyone who thought a vote was the end of it is deluded. Seeing it through means keeping on at the elected officials and demanding that your interests are upheld. At 51% with the majority, every leaver in the country should be inundating their elected officials with demands to honour their commitment to serve the people they represent. Victories are only temporary.

I was seriously excited the morning after the vote... couldn't believe our votes were really going to make a difference for once... it really felt like a change was happening... now... bored of it.. bored of the whole shite concerning it, realise it makes no odds what you vote... im still grafting away, sorting my own shit out, will make sure I leave a bit for the kids to give them a decent enough start.... going back into my bubble... sorry lads, it's just less frustrating and better for my brain that way!!
