14th generation bred Collie/Greyhound starting to take shape13 points

We've been raising a bit through the fishing comp for 7 years now, around £15k has gone to various charities in that time...its always low key and just put on a just giving page with no fuss... As far as I know this is the first time a charity has taken the time to write to us to show their appreciation... Not a big act but nice touch I thought... I'll take the certificate to the fishery tomorrow... Cheers again to all involved and who supported.12 points

my best bitch on the rabbits was a bitch beddy, bull, grey 23 tts.....heart of a lion tbf.....wish I could find another....? worked her with the b.o.p,hounds,around a hole, terriers, long nets ,lamped and could bend the odd few out in the day...had her at 2 yr old when my mate went over the wall for a stretch.....the best thing I've ever been given for free, and I'm thankful for the memories and scraps we got into....gonna mis old 'Loll' when she finally goes ?10 points

I remember awhile back some prick came on here, crying that he couldn't keep a dog away from a bitch in season...few of us gave him some advice.....pair of kids pants on the bitch.....kennel them separately....pay for a jab....came on few weeks later moaning that the dog caught the bitch and he didn't want the pups.......so I told him to bucket them soon as they were born....don't let the bitch fuss them.......got banned for it? I joined this site originally in 2008/9 to find stolen dogs no other reason what so ever....under my first ever username i got banned after some prick put up pict7 points

Seen it coming a mile off, it’s nothing to do with what he says imo but more to do with him doing it on every thread. Childish and attention seeking. Funny how he’s grand for a month or two when he comes back on then reverts back to shithead mode.6 points

I've hunted with plenty of Saluki blooded lurchers... Only a fool, would believe that such a consummate canine athlete could not grass game,..and only a fool, would listen to the words of a theorist...?6 points

Did some decoying today, no not squirrels, other stuff, between the rains. Spent the afternoon with my Mrs and G'daughter and then popped out to walk a slang of beeches. 7 down to the 410. I used some Hull game and clay #6 11g loads and they are quite punchy with a corresponding report despite the moderator. Not enough to really disturb the next target, they must think it's in the distance! Fun is a .410 ?5 points

Morning sir. You have peace, peace from walkers, vegans and tree huggers, louts on scramblers. You have proper dark skies, ducks and geese. Deer, grouse and excellent fishing. You got it good up there bro, promise.5 points

Paul was also one of the Core Marchers who walked from Scotland to London to join up with the Hyde Park Rally, held on 10th July 1997, as a protest against the then "proposed" Hunting Act. Paul was also a VERY SIGNIFICANT contributor in the fight against the hunting ban in Scotland (the "Watson Bill") and without Paul and others of his ilk Scotland wouldn't be in such a good position as it is today. As Two Crows says.... a "nice chap", but also in my view a "proper man" too and someone for whom I have nothing but the greatest of respect. Crow, thank you for sharing ?5 points

Out Friday morning and this afternoon but cover way too high and thick still but it’s all good fitness. This week looks good for a bit of lamping if the rain keeps coming and ground softens up5 points

I had to share this with the traditional food lovers on here seeing as we haven’t had a food thread for a while, my wife made this from scratch all the gravy inside the pudding reduced with red wine it tasted insane I’m blessed with an amazing woman ?4 points

I think we have all got involved in the nonsense on here at some point over the years, some more than others......but without it and the characters it brings then it just wouldn’t be what it is. It’s certainly a unique site to say the least lol......but that doesn’t necessarily mean you have to do it on every thread or insult people. I’d say jobi probably isn’t a bad lad, I’m sure we have all met people off here with a mental image in your mind of what they will be like only to find they are the complete opposite to what you thought, even to the point where your not sure it’s even the same per4 points

Hes never particularly bothered me...no one on here does, its internet yapping at the end of the day... Only thing I thought with him is he had to be on every thread, regardless if he had a clue or not...could be irritating if I gave a shit lol..4 points

Ain't that the truth. Imo folks not realising that is the reason so many dogs are ruined and written off as useless. Many a ' jacker' is created through poor training and entering rather than breeding .....4 points

Number one rule of shooting ...identify your target .No ifs or buts if he could 100% identify his target as a fox he shouldn’t have pulled the trigger ...and he shouldn’t have a ticket now ..4 points

Great video and what a fish!! Was sharking out of Plymouth 2 years back and the sea was alive with tuna and dolphins... We could have a thriving sport fishing scene here in a few years time, the west coast of Ireland have had some good success...here in the southwest could be just as good...maybe better with our already experienced charter skippers?? But to do it 1 handed in a small boat...hats off mate, great fishing!!3 points

Probably manage a leaky tap or blocked sink, you'd be better off with a professional ?3 points

Very nice but you need to head west for real coastlines, clotted cream, Pasties and Venison.3 points

We was watching this yesterday in a proper old school spit and sawdust pub in Canning Town before the West Ham game.....the build up to kick off was all full of energy " Engerlund Engerlund Engerlund "........this aint a rugby area i dont think anyone really knows the rules but enthusiastic patriotism etc......about 20 mins into the game and your starting to see a few yawns, hear a few little whispers......then by about half hour you hear the first...." Bargain Hunts on the other side "...........by 40 minutes its " turn this f****n rubbish over " ? Ol man what a boring game, apart from the3 points
