i make milk kefir and water kefir, the milk one is the handiest made and has more in it, i like the taste, a bit like butter milk. also started making my own cider vinegar , salsas and sauerkrauts , got the kids involved , they love making and eating fermented dilly carrots, all of them alive and full of good stuff
