Anybody not affiliated with a hunt has always been blamed for their actions ,seen it many times and been blamed myself .There are those in hunting who couldn't give a f**k about the sport as a whole or fox control of any sort and delight in putting the layman down .Unless a farmer is mad keen on hunting he wants to see control not just a jolly of hooray Henry's riding whooping and getting pissed on horse back .I shoot and dig in hunt country on permission and I know my name is mud with local pack lol,a pack I dug with for years and I've been blamed for loads of things I've heard from mates s10 points

Bad craic, I've found with a few different hunt terriermen that they begin to get the 'typical' hunt attitude that the land is all theirs and no one else should be allowed on. They seem to forget their roots that they were initially weekend warriors before they went full time. United We Stand.. my arse.7 points

decided to leave the terriers at home to run about the yard and headed out with the Lurcher to give his head some peace , Always see a fox on this land and plenty of ravbits to get a Run at, didn’t take the Lurcher long to tell me where the fox was, he didn’t get the memo that the season was over lol6 points

My impression is that you are a fairly passionate labour supporter......my question for you is, will you now totally disassociate yourself with the Labour Party seeing as their people and their policies without doubt facilitated the abuse of young girls in Rotherham? They knowingly overlooked and attempted to minimise this abuse to protect their stated goal of multi cultural harmony ?6 points

Its what they do best Francie try and divert attention away from the ethnic minoritys that have brought shame and ever lasting disgust to towns and citys across the UK its people with this mindsett that was part of the problem in my town of Rotherham in letting Pakistani heritage grooming gangs get away with their heinous crimes for so long.6 points

I had one off him that was nearly 6 months old I think in 2002. I think he got a stay of execution because he was a real character even with the minimal socialisation and what they charged wouldn't have covered costs (yes I am the soppy tw@t who falls for the sob stories). The dog was a doddle to train, if somewhat excitable, but sadly he turned out to have a genetic hip fault and Hancock admitted there were others with the same problem (he offered money back / free pup). With the help of a rescue I managed to find him a less active home. Someone up thread was asking about 1/4 beardie crosses6 points

Haha youl try anything to get at the catholics an christianity wont you? But you say f**k all about your multi cultural little buddies running amok, cause it goes against your globalist big community eh. I say hang the priests an the rest, but your pathetic attempt to cover for these multiculturals are pathetic sandy.6 points

Typical stinking attitude of "some" hunt supporters. Seen and heard it all. The foxes are all belong to them.... their quarry. Strangely enough the farmers who's land they ride over think otherwise when having to deal with these pests. Blame everyone else and happily chuck them under the bus. These clowns are equally as bad as the ANTI's. Fools fools fools. Do they even realise they are out to "try" to stop us all! Shooting, fishing, coursing, lamping, terrierwork including bushing, ferreting, hawking, etc...... Julian should be ashamed and having a name like that too ......5 points

I am a catholic, but way above that I believe in Christian principals and so I have completely disowned the Catholic Church......I can’t affiliate myself to an organisation that has actively allowed and facilitated such widespread abuse of innocents. An organisation that obviously places money above any shred of decency. However, I agree with Francie in so much as left leaning people seem to be very vocal when it comes to Christianity and absolutely silent when the subject does not fit their politics.......we can all be guilty of that sometimes but there is a distinct lack of honesty5 points

well I have had the pup nearly 10 months , she will be 12 months in a couple of weeks, she has had her first season, she has ended up whippet sized & quite cobby in shape , a good little house dog & very active, she is still very boisterous & not good off the lead , far to easily distracted & a bit frustrating at times... I am learning to be patient with her ... she is slowly getting better with comamnds3 points

That Fox terrier was stone mad for foxes. Always remember as kids we were hunting a disused quarry. We were down the base looking up and could see Rogue following a line out onto a ledge, where he put up what must have been a sleeping fox. The fox had nowhere to go except straight off the edge and without any hesitation was closely followed by terrier in hot pursuit. Hard to say but It must have been 30-40m high. Both were dead, except 4-5m tall briars at the base broke their fall..I was damn glad to hear him give tongue up through that cover. Nothing to do with digging but happy days..?3 points

Hi Lads, first post on this section of the HL. Saw the pictures, had to post some pics too It aint no bushing dog, but its a catchdog for bore, wild dogs and anything else you put him up with. He's now 19 months and 45 kg (90lbs). He hunts everything down on its own. He already got 4 bunnies, a few doves and 1 fox. He stalks them down and then the chase starts. Im waiting for the day he catches a hare. The fox killed a part of the chickens a family member was breeding. So we went there the next evening. I didnt know the fox was around, but my dog did. I reckoned he'd only chase3 points

But he got the job! CA aren't the only ones that are doing it either the point here is that your echo chamber is open to manipulation from external forces, and this data breach is telling everybody that someone has been caught doing it. Like he says in the video, mate, the collection of all this data surfing habits etc they can accurately predict who likes to do what and where to focus their attention when they need to push a certain agenda. You personally might not be as susceptible as we're not talking about a physical mind control here but look at the sheep on social media and look3 points

Every Boxer who has failed for Clenbuterol has been suspended and any Titles took away from them.According to forums some are saying that Clenelo's level of picograms was as high as 4 times higher than the safe dosage for horses. So far the only organisation making any noise about the failed tests is Clenelo's promoters Golden Boy Promoters who will be releasing nothing but damage limitation material. Everyone is waiting to see what VADA and NSAC have to say when they release there findings. I would not take much notice of NSAC as they allow Mayweather to tell them when they can test him . I didn’t start this thread so you lot could have a dick measuring competition between each other. I started it so I could possibly meet like minded people who have good working white dogs so that I can keep my own white dogs blood going. I’m not interested in anything other than that. I don’t care who hasn’t got any white dogs. I don’t care who has a black dog. I don’t care who has the greatest dog that’s ever walked the planet. I don’t care who has the shittest dog that’s ever walked the planet. I don’t care about what was about and isn’t now. I don’t care about who thinks what breed is best.3 points

Finally got a break in the weather. The Pro Sport Zero is spot on, so I gave her a very stern test this late afternoon set up and ready for 4-15 pm waiting for any Wood Pigeons. The Woodies are landing at the back of this copse, a good 40, 45 yds off. One presentation is all we got as I had no time to build any type of hide in that 1 1/2 hr window other than wearing the top half of my leaf suit, face mask and gloves. Here`s that 45 yd presentation,- it landed, I didn`t dare move an inch and after a long co2 points

63 paces to the first one and just over80 for the one on the bank. I paced80 to the bottom of the embankment, forgot my range finder but estimated pretty well anyway. Shot was exactly where intended, so I was pleased with that one.2 points

So good to see that we have learned the lessons of the past - paid for by so many others who's lives were cut short. Anyone who dies at the hands of terrorists should be remembered, including state acts of terrorism. However, their lives would have been wasted if we persist in raking over the arguments which led to their deaths. We need to focus on the threats to everyone in the future and let the faults and deaths of the past be judged by whoever you believe will meet out justice in the end, in the next world. Respect, regret or revulsion but keep it to yourselves, would be my2 points

Philip Larkin wrote a poem called Myxamatosis. Bigmac's post reminded me of it: Myxomatosis by Philip Larkin Caught in the centre of a soundless field While hot inexplicable hours go by What trap is this? Where were its teeth concealed? You seem to ask. I make a sharp reply, Then clean my stick. I’m glad I can’t explain Just in what jaws you were to supperate: You may have thought things would come right again If you could only keep quite still and wait.2 points

Either clamp with blocks of wood (with a cutting of polythene between resin and ply) for flat layered micarta as below. Or as the pointy Kiridashi above it is two 1/2 inch strips of denim one red one black layed on top of each other then dipped in resin and wound tight around the tang. Finish off wrapping tight in cling wrap. No clamping required. Since we're touching on dystopian societies, and Orwell has already been mentioned, this is Aldous Huxley, speaking (in 1962), about his idea of "the final revolution".......... “There will be, in the next generation or so, a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude, and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies, so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any desire to rebel by propaganda or brai2 points
