An apology is NO WAY enough, some allegations will follow a person all their life.......it should be a criminal offence to falsely accuse a person or continue forward with a trial if evidence of innocence exists. It should also (imho) be a criminal offence to release the name of a person before they are proven guilty.......especially in sexual offences cases. Its one of the main reasons I hate these internet / Facebook vigilantes. These fuckers can walk away from life ruining allegations they make Scot free......and that just ain’t right.

I have put a few pics on the view from your swim thread, but rather than keep sticking them on there I thought I'd start a new one. I have grown up fishing the canal and though its produced pike for years.....with the occasional big one.....i honestly can't remember it ever producing so many nice pike. The average was always 4-5lb, now its 8-12 with one caught over 15 the other day. Most of my trips have been for no more than 3 hours, and I'm moving 2-3 times during that time so perhaps 2.5 hours fishing.....and I'm expecting to catch fish with 3-4 runs in that time. Having got inside info that we are being invited back to Anna Maria, I’ve been looking for purpose made travel rod holdalls..... this time I’m looking at 3 weeks. Ill be taking a 9 weight rod, 85gram baitcaster and my Goto 8ft savage 40gram lure rod all with reels loaded with 50-100lb braid (not got a salty fly reel yet) the brother in law now owns a boat complete with all the electronics.....so between him and a few guides I’ll hopefully get amongst a few fish! tight lines mate!
