My son and i went out last night looking to catch a brown trout for the table, we got one, but slightly bigger than we expected! Flesh is a lovely red colour and will be eaten with home grown veg and a glass of dry white wine.5 points

Yes there different bloodline all together sionnach99 my own stuff bred very tightly at the minute and hopefully these will be an outcross I also have 2 pups from same line so fingers crossed the blood will click if they make the grade the bitch pups is one on right of 1st pic and last one is dog pup there around 4 months old from same man and same family5 points

Went for my first Mushroom Mooch of the season after that drop of rain last week. Nice feed of Ceps. Did see signs of other stuff one Field mushroom gone over and these none eaters Rooting Bolete. Cheers Arry4 points

My angling club has just rented a new bit of water, so my son and i went down for a recce and a fish last night. We saw 4 rabbits on the way down and 6 on the way back,(all in different areas) that's the most I've seen in one night in my area for over 15 years!!! ...ps we also caught a 4lb brown trout and saw 2 hedgehogs!
