  1. Bosun,.. You are not alone in taking a fancy towards that old style lurcher type..?. Back in the day, I had a useful lurcher bitch, name of Mercedes... I had some great times, both day and night with this keen animal, and I decided to take a pup from her.. But, what to use ? Almost by chance, I encountered a big heavy coated Herding dog that was used as a sheep worker up high on the vast chalk Down land, twixt West and East Sussex.... He was steel Grey in colour and was colloquially known, as a Blue Shag... The dog , in common with many roustabout working curs, w

I liked watching him grow up from ferreting to pulling roe and taking fox all single handedly he was a joy to watch. And like I said he adapted to it like a natural but took some knocks through his working life.If I was out all the time now and could get another like him I would jump on the chance, that’s why I can’t understand why people crab the man and probably never spoke to him and listen to here say so follow the bullshit that comes out of most the muppets life’s on here.Believe me mate if you have the chance of one take it cos I couldn’t knock him ?

  25. There are elections in France next year and our old friend Michel Barnier has put himself forward as a right wing candidate opposing Macron. Nothing surprising there, except that he is running on an anti-immigration policy whereby France would not take any immigrants for 5 years. Apart from the breathtaking hypocrisy after repeatedly claiming that Brexit wss fueled by anti-immigration rhetoric, he would put France in direct breaches of his former paymaster's policies. How France could do that when they refused Camamoron is beyond belief! Barnier is also calling for greater sovereign powe

The eye is supposed to pass over or pretty close to me, she's down to a cat three though thank the good Lord. Buddy down I Houma posted pictures and videos, it's bad but everyone was better prepared compare to Katrina. All of New Orleans is completely without power, the hospital is missing part of it's roof, Cajun Navy is already out working I think. That and we got hundreds of linemen coming from all over the place to help get power up again and most of my friends still in in the guard are saying they all

  35. I’ve been asked to start leading up a bit of education/ case study analysis on leadership at work so I’ve had the pleasure / disturbance of reading one of my favourite discursive war books in an analytical manner this week . This is a really really good book for anyone to read , you don’t need to be in the military or be conscious if it’s failings but I can’t recommend it enough . 42. Burrell , Plummer, Hancock, Slieght, Platt, et al, saw a niche and catered for it. Can't blame them for that ! But the vast majority of lurcher lads didn't deal with them, they didn't need "names", they knew what they wanted and needed, and brought in, or bred, accordingly. Like most lurcher lads of a certain age, I read Plummers books, and enjoyed them, but they didn't affect the route I took. We're all out to make a pound or two, and as long as they take care of their stock, don't rip us off, and, in Plummers case, entertain us, then who cares ? If their yards are shite,
