  1. I’m not reading about thatas I cant focus after reading stuff like that but I had the misfortune today to listen to several news reports regarding that animal who murdered Sarah everard today . inn-this day and age , with the use of forensics and technology, to trace , define and appropriate blame to a suspect , I can’t understand why the death penalty is not in the cards

  2. Public relations could probably do with some improvement. My “communication” and “interpersonal” skills have been stretched to breaking point over this pandemic. I was always polite to people at first and would explain why they shouldn’t be where they were away from the footpath . Now hey get a “get that f@ckin dog on a lead and get back on the f@ckin footpath !!!???

  3. That's what happens when you line breed shit you get shit back.. My old dog is 13 not 1 lump on him. And as I stated the dogs are doing what's asked of them why wouldn't I do it.. I will be out crossing with pup but what ever bitch works from that a frozen semen stick from the old dog will be used on that too might not be someone else's cup of tea but I like the way they work and hopefully they carry on doing what I like

  6. My first lurcher was a wild one and showed feral traits for stealing food of any kind and later attacking sheep and almost any livestock but only if you wernt looking or near to him. The only things he couldnt catch were rabbits? but if I were living wild I think Id go for mutton, its easier to catch and a lot more meat. He would always escape if he could and go off for days at a time. Never came back thin but he always did come back until one time he didnt, and that was that, and uphill ever since.

  8. During my years of keeping working dog’s I’ve noticed that those that show ‘feral’ traits from a young age tend to make the better workers. things like burying bits of food even when eating with their litter mates, padding their beds down and happily crawling into dark tight spots to sleep, instinctively grabbing anything that go past them, they have that instinct to hunt and kill from a very young age, naturally gravitate towards you as the alpha and want to please you and be around you. these are just a few things and obviously other pups will display some of these traits but in genera

My brothers 4.2 landcruiser Amazon has 400,000 miles on , it’s used most days , starts before you finish turning the key , tows a three ton digger on a one and a half ton plant trailer up stupidly steep hills without a puff of smoke ..there’s not much built today that will out live an old landcruiser ..

  23. My old plummer bitch caught rats, rabbits a few hares ,squirrels, partridges and pheasants and a drunk on crab apples roe buck during her life,oh and a stoat..The roe buck was lying down under a crab apple tree and didn't even get to stand up before the plummer grabbed it and the other two russells joined in,i had it dealt with before the dumb ass lurcher who'd run past it could turn round and also join in..When i gutted it it was busting with crab apples so i recon it was pissed on them as it didn't move to fast but was healthy enough inside and out when i emptied it...

  24. Not exactly a super car but I miss this. I don't miss the tax or fuel and oil costs but the engine. Strange things those rotaries. 1.3 litre but 231 ps. Naturally aspirated so zero turbo lag and gave a warning beeb at 8500 rpm to tell you to shift up. This was the Pro Drive version with tighter suspension and nicer bigger wheels. Bought it almost new less than 2 years old under 2000 miles on the clock for what I thought was a great price. It wasn't a great price, the most quickly depreciating in value car that I've ever owned. Fun though.

  35. I don't have anything against saluki's. If I hunted just hares that's all would be in my yard. But the land I run here is not made for saluki xs I was thinking of getting one for when I go England as I go there a few times a year and would have plenty coursing done or if I travelled here I'd get runs. But the land on my doorstep isn't coursing ground. He just comes out with the same shit and forgets what he's said in other topics. I actually like he's cream dog he's a fine animal and could be a good dog for all we know. But yeah I think he's a complete cock for a month solid he's jumped on eve

  36. I went to a vintage race day. One race was all Porches complete with Nigels dressed in race day overalls with sponsors names all over them. Right at the front of the grid was a Mk 1 Escort in duck egg blue and nothing except a race number and flared wheel arches to distinguish it from a bog standard repmobile. It pi$$ed all over the German cars. Turned out to be Lotus Ford.

  41. Had a bitch just as you described about 10 year ago. She never lost her feral traits either she would carry a rabbit all the way home from a nights lamping. Prefer to eat her food off the ground rather then the dish.. she was the sliest thing I’ve ever seen on 4 legs. She didn’t like to be made a fuss over and preferred the solitary of her own kennel and wouldn’t accept any other dog or bitch in her kennel.. abit of a moody bitch to be fair but bomb proof with other dogs when out and in the motor or working.. the only time she would get all geared up as when she knew it was time for a look a

  43. Next time the rest are going up throw one of them as high as you can and keep the other 2 in, once you get one flying then add another etc. They get unfit or out of practice and just don't want to get up. If it continues then take it down the road and let it out. If that fails get some ferrets ?

  44. That’s was years ago I had that motor mate, just kept it services and had a limiter in it so it wasn’t thrashed to f**k. It got nicked in the end, but I’d had a couple of the old 308 and 310 d mercs before with 300 and 400 thousand on them. The older mercs were better.
