  1. Since I moved over to France I haven't had a stick. Back in the UK it was customary to choose a stick around this time of year and then have it ready for the next beating season. Now I don't shoot I haven't had the need for one until we got a little 3 year old terrier from the dog's home last December. She had been badly treated and this showed whenever I picked up anything that resembled a stick;- fishing rod, rake, anything like that. So I cut a little stick and started taking it with us on walks to de-sensitise here which has worked and also got me back into the walking with a stick routine

  5. What's mad is they make us all pick a side..and 90% of us want basically the same things out of life (one way or another), but the agendas in place are not for our benefits...so you've got to pick the side which kind of goes along with your way of thinking the closest... unfortunately this time they've tied Brexit nicely into their arguments/manifestos/agendas whatever you want to call the lies they all spout...so the huge division caused through Brexit adds another great weight on your already compromised vote....its f***ing scandalous really....

  6. In what way? I am not claiming Boris is brilliant and will solve all your problems he isn’t and he won’t but Corbyn is a dangerous dangerous man his policies for this country will leave us in ruin and business running for the hills. Why do I care if business runs I hear you say? Without a thriving business sector unemployment will sore and tax revenue will plunge causing us massive shortfalls and when removed from power we end all picking up the pieces. If you think austerity was bad wait till what will happen after a Corbyn government.

  9. Of course it is mate ,I'm not suggesting anyone should just settle , there are a list of clubs who should be aiming for the top four in my opinion ,but if and when a club gets success ,I'm romantic enough to think it should be by having a football vision and ethos ,by shrewd long term investment ,by slowly building an infrastructure and identity ,by being brave and bold , and daring to try ...not by business men proudly creating business models and brands .... Leicester is a perfect example of the former ,a mid sized club ,not pretending to be anything they're not .

For them, it is easy,...they are different to other canines... Worked with a tremendously keen Border collie dog,.he was undoubtedly, the most accurate marking dog, I have ever come across.. Really intense,..massive concentration span,...almost trance-like, totally immovable, but when the time came, he struck his prey,... like a cobra.. As the day progressed, I twigged onto the fact

  14. ..I can’t believe at these live well rehearsed pre planned debates no one just asks jo Swinson how much she is being paid by the eu, her husband has received 3mil this year alonein eu funding, regarding the snp wanting to leave the uk ignoring there own referendum results and join the eu, total lies and hogwash, a very basic rule of eu membership is that a country has to have its own currency and as Scotland still uses the pound it is not even eligible for eu membership so that’s two party’s very easily destroyed if anyone cared to just tell the truth

She does chase vehicles though and if she's left out she makes her own entertainment digging out young rabbits, catching fledglings and barking at passing crows etc

  20. Got bored last night so thought I would go for a little walk. The wind had dropped to nothing and there was nearly a full moon out with a small amount of cloud, not the best weather, but what the hell. Walked up one field and got to a corner and went through the gate, nothing. 10 yards down the hedge is the gate to the field the other side of the hedge I had just walked up, looked through the gate and there is Mr fox, looking as shocked as me 10 yards away staring at me. Obviously he took off at a rate of knots down the hedge line. Got the rifle on the sticks just in time to see him g

  22. Got to agree with all of that mate.. And if I was you or Gnasher or any of the other thousands of supporters of the club I'd expect nothing else.... Just moving into a flashy new stadium wasn't the ticket to the big time (not that's what you or Gnasher particularly want), but what's the point in the upheaval if you dont progress on the park and as a club? I never wanted Morhino at UTD, same thing really I knew what he would bring and we needed to change completely, start a fresh... the game is changing fast and these older set in their ways managers dont change quick enough imo.

  23. The problem with clubs like West Ham is that they have such a large, loyal support they attract the money men who want to take the revenue from that support without returning it to the club for the benefit of the very supporters who are funding it. Football clubs are seen as brands and no one is interested in the Bournemouth brand who only bring 11,000 through the turnstiles every home game. But West Ham are perfect for these investors. 50,000 loyal fan base and players don't expect mega salaries.

I cant be f****d with all the nonsense at heavyweight i dont even bother keeping track its just tedious and boring.....but regards coin lets have it right for a minute....the money maker in the heavyweight division is Anthony Joshua no ifs buts or maybes.....ask any current fighter, trainer, promoter, manager, announcer, security guard or ring girl who is responsible for the numbers game in British boxing today and they,ll tell you Joshua......Wilder has limited appeal as the Yanks simply havent taken to him and boxing in recent years is suffering there....and Fury sells tickets like old people f**

  27. Most of the easily available information seems to refer to a 2015 update of regulations. You definately need a Trained Hunter certificate and number to sell to a Game Dealer. Local supply to butchers seems permissible as long as the rabbits are just gutted are handled and transported hygenically and meet food standards Once you start skinning you enter the world of a food processor and have to registered as such and comply with rules regarding hygenic premises and waste disposal. This indicates that selling from the back of your vehicle to a butcher is fine. However,

Basically the Blair group inherited a perfectly recovered economy from the Tories and then proceeded to not only destroy it and make a huge chunk of the population reliant on benefits, but also waste untold billions on illegal fuucking wars! I would seriously enjoy pulling the lever on that war criminal cnut.

I think I wrote the other day the labour party is not for the true working man.. if you are working class but own a company your hit harder than the real.elite rich.. its bullshit... many of us are backed into a corner on who to vote for because there isn't a party that really represents the native hard working, home owning, married with a couple of kids man.... and by f**k if you've invested some of your hard earned in a business or property port folio you are the scrum of Britain!! 37. As Comanche said ,if you are skinning and breaking down game ,some form of premises are needed and have to be inspected by local council .The license to sell to a third party be it next door or the 5 star restaurant in town is free on applying but give them too much information and they will be around to check exactly what you are doing . To supply in fur ,feathered game to a dealer or joe public they weren’t interested and issued the license no follow up .Incidentally it’s not a physical license but rather a log that should you be pulled on it ,they are aware you are trading as such .

  38. Put the bait under the trap, no on it. Nothing hard under the treadle though as that might stop it moving enough to trip. Also, check the surfaces of the treadle hook and the brass flap to make sure there is nothing rough that might cause it to jam. I smoothed mine off with a file then emery cloth. Then set the trigger right at the last part just before it will set the trap off.

  43. So you're saying that deerhounds and their crosses are/were no good on deer? And that people that have owned said crosses, have fooled themselves into believing that their dogs were actually any good on deer, even though their freezers were full of venison, and these same dogs kept themselves in food, because the owners had no need to buy in? Yeah I see where you're coming from

  44. Well after ringing my mate decided togo today, first light pissing down and blowing a hooley thought we had made a wrong'un. After driving up a flooded boggy lane things where looking even worse. We have had some hard times recently with ground that has RHD and Mixie, coupled with a few blanks because of that. I had suggested a piece of ground where we had a few at the start of the season, burrows we had already done. Well did not expect much as we had done them before this year, but needed a confidence boost, they are easy burrows. Parked the motor half way up the hedge as ground was so wet,

  47. To me this time it's Democracy that's at stake here. It's only the Tory's and Brexit Party that are prepared to uphold Democracy. Democracy was hard won and many many people have died for it, but Lid - Dem's, Labour a the Green's don't want you to have it. Your Votes don't count any more to them. Well the referendum was not a One Armed Bandit where if you don't like the result you pull lever to get a different result. A Democratic Vote and the result must be upheld or Democracy is dead, a very dangerous situation. As for the f***ing Lid - Dem's, I can't believe a party in this country can be s

But nobody got jailed.....the ordinary worker and business owner and plumber and miner and street sweeper....he was the one that suffered.
