Doubted about 17 hmr for years. Today I shot 9 squirrels with the 455. Nothing remarkable there but this farm has been plagued with crows. Today I gently poked around some round bales my rifle to bring about on a field full of crows pecking at drilled grain. The wind was not quite but mostly on me. I proceeded to shoot four crows, one after the other. Some left but some stayed. They couldn't of heard the rifle down wind from them and also they just ignor the crop scarer they have been listening to for months! The closest was 75yd or so. The far one 130yds or so. All just aim on.5 points

I know, but the ban was never about animal welfare, it was the Labour Party wanting, in their words, "to give Tory toffs in red coats a bloody nose" And in the draughting of the law, instead of saying foxes and foxhounds, it was extended as a catchall to include all dogs and all mammals, with the exception of rats and rabbits. Purely class hatred, nothing to do with animal welfare. Cheers.4 points

I don’t know about anyone else but whenever I see these Spider, snake, tiger, bear people on the telly cracking on like they have some kind of connection with whatever lethal animal they are f***ing about with, there’s a voice inside my head screaming at the animals “Go on, kill him !!” These people f***ing break me !4 points

I cant say anything about final prices but the other two guys involved have been told from day one, we ain't doing this and taking the piss on the price. Money is not the motivation behind this for me. ?3 points

I've never said I'm making a new ferret finder, those that I've spoken to have always been told "we" There's 3 of us in this project and always has been from day one. Cloning a Mk1 locator isn't difficult and if that's what I wanted then it could of been done a long time ago. Why copy something like that and not try and improve on it? Its not something I could do with my skill set. The engineer who's the brains behind this project designs stuff like this for a living, unfortunately since Covid hit he has had some serious family issues,,, I won't go into details as its not my place to sa3 points

Pecking the same grain on the same field. Crows, jackdaws and rooks. No meadow pipet or lark nest is safe from them all come spring. I just wish I could get nearly all of them!3 points

I would like to start by saying I'm not a vet. I have had several dogs over the years to swallow things they shouldn't. From socks, ropes even gravel?.If you know that the dog has swallowed something it shouldn't,take a syringe of hydrogen peroxide,(roughly3cc)shoot it down the dogs throat and walk him.He will puke it up within a minute or so.I have saved myself thousands in vet bills over the years.2 points
