She hasn't been well recently, had a growth on her ear that became infected, under antibiotic and steroids treatment and hopefully we can sort it out, so not been out in last 3-4 days other than on lead. I don’t think that’s true for all middle management mate, there are as many terrible directors and managers as there are workers. I think good people will always be good people, if you allow them to play to their strengths, identify their weaknesses, make a note of their character and match them with tasks accordingly. Unfortunately mate times change and it’s very hard to find quality people with a bit of a work ethic today imho.
