Well I have had the 110k for three weeks and have put around 650 pellets through, shooting the gun almost every day at home, on the perms and on holiday so I think I can give you a light review of the gun so far. It is still obviously still very early but it will at least give you an idea how I have found the gun. Love it or hate it, it WILL find favour with many shooters just as the 110 standard has and become their top selling pcp rifle. As already stated before, I really fell for this little rifle at the South Yorkshire Shooting show in September this year. When I picked up the r5 points

Never seen this before but heard about it, and was told that the fox at the end travelled all the way from S Wales just to be in the film ? Having seen it now I can easily believe that it arrived in the same sack it left in...5 points

Andy has somebody hijacked your account as I’ve not seen you talk this before. Suddenly we are all wankers toasters etc that don’t work our dogs ??? What the f**k ... I understand if you’ve had enough of the dog game but this bitterness towards other lads in fukcing lunacy ... and killing a well bred pup rather than leaving it go to a good working home is beyond fukcing madness ........5 points

Had a break in the weather this evening, so thought I would take a stroll round the farm. Had to walk the long way round due to the wind, but at least it gives me a chance to check on the rabbit numbers. Had a look in the last paddock before crossing the railway bridge, nothing there. Got the trail cam set up on a path running across the field so thought I would have a look at that while I was there. Definately a badger track as lots of photos of badgers. Nothing in field, so decided to head home. Crossed back over the railway bridge and had another quick look in the last pad4 points

Well that wonderful time of year is back for air gun hunters,- no leaves. All the trimming done again and my first natural hide is prepared and ready to go once more. With that done i decided to put the HW 97K .177 to the test on 5p targets at 38 yds, ( rabbit`s eye). A total of 30 shots taken, one fatal flyer. Hold a 5p coin up lads and compare what this spring rifle is capable of and in a good breeze to. Here`s my HW 97K .177, recently bought from Simon, ( Pianoman) Great4 points

With YouTube and satellite Tv , angling shows are 2 a penny. But I remember making a point of being home from the pub to watch his programs , his laughter was infectious . Gone fishing with John Wilson and Jacks game with Jack Charlton . Great TV .4 points

Breaking from the norm I can fully get behind and understand. Again the brick through the window of traditional ways and governance. Baffling choice but drastic results require drastic actions, no? To publically snub service personnel, which is an arena that until now draws bi-partisan support, is a huge red flag. Even with current wars that have raged for years, I support the troops even if I disagree for the reason they're there in the first place but to publically avoid commemorating those that gave everything for a truly justifiable cause is completely unforgivable. Because i was looking at a few options i took a entire bag home from a shoot on Saturday being a bit greedy i took 30 too many and couldn't freeze them there still hanging in the garage and will feed the ferrets for a couple of weeks , but with 200 ducks , pheasants and partridges ive got enough to try a few dishes or feed the ferrets well into the summer and sell what few rabbits we get this year . i cant believe the guns only took a brace each there where people arriving to get 2/3 brace at the end of the shoot , i really felt sorry for the poor keeper4 points

Me and my cousin headed north again last night. I was running the pointer x and he was running lass. I took the camera hoping to get some decent footage of the dogs. But neither of us checked weather prior to leaving and we were in for a very wet and wild night and I wasn't dressed for it. First place we lamped, we haven't done it yet this season. As we climbed the hill to reach the flatter ground on the tops. We were greeted with fog and lots of it. Thankfully the wind moved it on and we had 20 mins of clear lamping. I managed 5 from 5 runs with Missy. The wind was blowing that hard the3 points

He’s right, since the west has fallen away from religion it has become more lawless and on a bad downward spiral where stuff that should have been against the law was made legal and nobody cares or really helps each other, its become a place where it’s the norm to hate and wish ill upon others who do good for themselves or works hard to have a better life never mind the entitled lazy ba$tards that think they’re owed a living and the constant protesters who wreck and destroy they’re own cities because they got offended by someone farting fs, the don is not perfect but he’s a step in the right3 points

Personally i don’t understand the mind set of culling a fit healthy dog that you dont want anymore? Ive got 3 here 2retired. One is 10 with knocked up toes & arthritis other is 7/12 again due to working injuries both got home for rest of life. Youngest one is nearly 5 strong fit & healthy But absolutely no rabbits on my perms so gets very little work unless i travel up north 3-4 times a season ( which i do ) all 3 have done me well But if i was ever in a situation where i couldnt keep or look after them i would move heaven & earth to find them good homes & certainly wouldnt be3 points

There’s no possible way 2 workers would possibly do me a season. For instance say I was out Saturday and Sunday and managed 5 digs over both days that’s 5 terriers you don’t have the next weekend as they will need rest. And I wouldn’t say my dogs are the brain dead wreckless type. The mix it away but I still wouldn’t expect to dig them week in week out as I don’t believe in working dogs sore. I would say between the few of us that dig together we would need 15 workers because when we go out we go for the day not half days and home.3 points

Went on a friends land today, mainly all fields and hedgerow sets. We selected a hedge that we know holes a few bunnies and with the dog marking confidently we set long nets either side and moved it along as the ferrets worked one side to the other. Bolted well into the long nets and we had a few digs but overall a good day. Bracken caught a few before making it to the net. Ended with 243 points

The trouble with keeping just one or two is you can soon fall flat on your face, if you keep maybe one or two more than you need you can juggle them about and help out other lads that you know. I enjoy the process of bringing a youngster on, watching all the pennies drop and their talents shine through. I don't have enough work for a lot of terriers, I'm to miserable to kiss enough arse to help myself out there lol. Then you've got the fact that 90% of lads haven't a clue how to bring out the best in a terrier, I'd sooner do it for them and then put the dog out with him or her fi3 points

Depends what your doing..if your only doing pissy spots all the time meadyoca dogs will shine..owners think ther dogs are world beaters..but up the gear were the dog will graft 4 hours or above and not 10 ,,20 mins well thats a diffrent story..3 points

? When I was a young'un, I pursued rabbits with impunity,.. my folks were smallholders in Rural Wales and nobody bothered about a lad taking a few rabbits and hares. Then, I was dragged (kicking and screaming) down South...? I took up with Chavies and old-style Roms, in the Hop Fields of Kent, and continued harassing the rabbits and game birds. Another move. to a tough council estate in Hampshire taught me, that some men would stop at nothing to prevent me from catching a few rabbits,..and I made regular appearances in the Magistrate Courts... It was getting emotional...?3 points

Cheers for the replies lads I've been having a few problems mostly with my health and one or two other things but when it came down to it I couldn't give up the dogs I took 2 of them as pups an the other one a bit later it just wouldn't be right to pass them on I never thought I would have to do that that's why I took them I've managed to juggle things around a bit so I can keep them and still get them out everyday . Ps I'll say one more thing the amount of peddling cnuts that contacted me for my dogs was unreal an I'm not saying they all were but this time last month I didn't2 points
