Especially here in South Central Texas , wish I could have a go pro on our on the barge when where going though the locks too. So many cool sights around those. And my phone just doesn't seem to do everything justice.Last night went though a lock and had a small sounder of wild hogs out on the grass by the lock gates. Was shining my light on them and they just didn't care. The way the dew on the grass was dazzling and the light from the lock l

I queried that one and they said she was brilliant in the clinches, employing sneaky uppercuts and leaning on opponents. I reminded them Kanny had correctly predicted all the recent Saudi fights. So they said they will be following this thread with greater interest in future and have ranked him number one. When I asked why they had ignored us in the past, they said this thread used to be their bible. They based everything on what was written here. But then McHull joined and confused them al

Caravans are great but cost you loads to store them when not in use if you dont have a driveway/yard mate, ive had 4/5 of them over the yrs...ground rent on the sites is ridiculous...my van will go 5 days without an electric hook up....so we can go/stay anywhere it fits really, sleeps 6 easy without the awning up,gas central heating, power shower in the bathroom,tv and fire stick, usb points so the 4 kids can charge their shit.. proper little home from home...ideal for when I invite guests to fish on the wye etc shes old...but gold, best 12 k ive ever spent, getting it reupholstered next few mon

Im gunna do a van this year biut apart from decent electrics, insulation and soundproofing and a side window everything else will be removable.Im gunna copy a mates idea and use a nice comfy sofa bed strapped down to the tie down points so I can just chhuck it in the garage when not in use.Ive got a nice little portable 2 ring breifcase type cooker that I can use under a decent awning which is top of the list.Cant see why anyone would want to cook inside their van and stink it out Fridge is another thing Im looking into,Theres some really good ones on the market that run on 12v that can also be

  25. I have mostly retired from hunting now after my old whippet Shady died, just lost the urge to hunt, plus I'm fckn old but yeah I still have a whippet which mostly lays on the couch and just mooches on walks. That's where they have it over the slugs, they are loyal and I don't have call to Scotland Yard to file a missing feathered asshole report every time she goes for a run.

  37. Sometimes I reckon heavyweight boxing is on its way out. It's mostly a TV event these days and try as they might, its not that interesting anymore. Youngsters will become more interested in WWF, Rocky films, competing giant trucks and computer generated fantasy fights than the noble art. The current crop of heavyweights have devalued the sport, made it boring and will end up killing it.

  38. It all depends on how you want it and how many belted seats you need .. I’ve got a traffic and have 3 seats in the front, a table and 3 seats in the back with a bed made behind the seats that’s over the wheel arches .. so there’s storage underneath it .. given a choice I’d have a rock and roll bed in there but it works for that I need just a pain in the arse with fixed seats in the back because it limits you to what you can put in there additionally make sure you insulate everywhere and maybe think about a diesel heater .. I did a week in my van when I split with my e

  43. Commenting on the for sales forum is a gateway into the inner sanctum, the upper strata, the equivalent of the 33rd degree. To reach such an exalted level you need to be sponsored by at least three of the “wise old men”, be positively vetted, and pass the initiation ceremony ! It’s a pain in the arse, figuratively speaking, of course, but worth it to access the wonders that await !!! Cheers.

  45. Make a big bed, storage underneath, insulation, ventilation and keep all ya water wet stuff and cooking outside if possible. We lived in an old Roma Supreme for years, a "dry van" That's the way to go where ever possible. If you can't do that, run a dehumidifier in your van from time to time. We've got a 1972 T2 Dormobile, had it for more than 30 years, it's very well designed. I'm gonna let it go soon and buy summit I can have a permanent large bed. Also I'd like something I can stand up in, make a cuppa tea and the odd one pot meal. A fridge is a nice luxury, may be a small wood s
