I always like a walk on a full moon with a lurcher, done it now for 35 years, and still like it. Went out last night 10 pm with Buck , i take me small lamp just in case lol, .Buck was out in front, i go on these few fields by me, i find a hole in hedge and pop in lol, never much on here the odd rabbit, or munjack or fox, but norm dont see alot when out, but thats ok it just nice 50 min walk for Buck before i feed him , and shut him up in his kennel for the night. Buck gets his head down, i knew something been there , the way he was moving, i was watching him along the side of the hedge , wh5 points

Noooo I don't think a good greyhound man would give a pup a run at hare mate there's other way to bring a pup on if u think you have a good pup you rap it up in cotton wool as to speak ? and there is greyhounds that do make good dogs in the fields I have had a few myself over the years takeing fox hare rabbits But they our like hens teeth to be honest4 points

I'd rather go ratting with the terriers than any big game hunting, top stuff. Seeing your pup take it's first rat is the similar to your kid becoming a doctor to me, even if they don't give it up, lol.4 points

Well Wifey had a tooth out so had to come up with something soft to eat. Cheers Arry4 points

Didn't have to wait long to find out the design definitely works. Brutal power with the DOC 200. Mr rat didn't know what hit him.4 points

A young black un. Bill Brightmore bred, bought him directly off Bill. He was getting on in years when I met him, but what a character. Sat in his farm house listening to his old stories. The dog had a good start, a bit too hard and grew a tad too big for the sandy tight earths I was working at the time for me. But a lovely dog with a good nature.4 points

I hear these Albanians are happy to pay a couple of thousand per month short term rental for a decent size city property close to all amenities3 points

Also if you have tenants in you can’t put house on sale to open market it can only be marketed to people looking to purchase a buy to let. Good luck with it bud ?. Atb3 points

We use a holiday letting company who deals with air bnb on our behalf... but we get a lot of bookings through air bnb.. I think they charge 15% commission, you set the price you want and there commission is on top. We're set up for it (now) but there is obviously the change overs, which can be a pain in the ass if they are booked concurrently.. 2 sets of linen/towels etc as a minimum are required, possibly 3. Its quite saturated now, so unless your offering some unique points the prices aren't what they were 6months to a year ago, my mate air bnbs a small annexe of his house, I3 points

Mate had a cream bitch called lily the looper, a brilliant little bitch that did everything and did it well, unfortunately she never held when covered with a full pit.2 points

Pretty much what you have highlighted is what the estate agent was warning me against, his words were short term not worth the hassle anymore as it can take upto 2 years to get them out if they won’t go, it could sell in a week or a year so I just thought fri to mon on air bnb will bring in some extra shillings instead of leaving the place empty and earning nothing if it don’t sell in 6 month might look at more long term but for now think that’s a better option, I may be in touch to pick your brains a little as I move forward but thanks for the advice so far much appreciated ?2 points

I think for the short term, until Paul sales, he'd make a lot more money on air bnb.. plus normal long term rental agreements are minimum 6 month then monthly rolling, you may hit issues removing tenants once sold... Ours returned 4x the amount on holiday rental in 12 months compared with long term... the long term rental I have is steady but you need a few ti really capitalise and its more a long term investment Imo.. We have 2 cottages up now on holiday rental, 3rd being developed... its hard work but definitely better money2 points

I think you're supposed to use Iron powder rods for cast. I've welded loads of stuff up using mig for my keeper mate who's always breaking bits on his tractor and things he pulls with it. Heating the parts up before welding helps. Warning though.. it sounds shit and looks shit!! Only hope is to tart it up after with a grinder assuming you can get to it!! All the best!!...?2 points

actually mate they wernt ....the first was over a minute....and the hare got away ...it killed the second hare maybe 30..40 seconds...missed the 3rd...and killed the 4th...I remember max saying to the owner after the second run to go rub it down and put it in the van....after the 3rd..and 4th run....max was pleading with the owner to put it away... 20 seconds in to the 5th run it went over....I was 50 yard away ...I ran up to it and got it on its feet...lead on rubbing it down....got it to the road and my Mrs took it back to the keepers house who's land we were on...it made a full recover2 points

Today's efforts, my first ever at making pastry. Supposed to be cheesey flakey, but I over worked it a tad, so more rough puff. Anyway it worked. The tidy one is the first pie which is roast chicken and veg, the untidy one made from left over pastry is left over roe bourgignon from the other night. Me and her were very pleased.2 points
