Yes the English had work mules they were either Irish or African/West Indian but the Irish made the better workers. The darker the skin the more whipping was needed to get the lazy c**ts to move9 points

When up the garden this thing was hovering in front of me. Never seen one before, we have load of the ordinary Hoverflies around. Surprising what is in the garden. Turns out it's one of these. Hoverfly - Volucella pellucens There are over 200 species of hover fly recorded in the UK. In this species the female enters the paper nests of wasps and lays her eggs. The hosts do not appear to register her presence as she makes her way into the nest entrance, the impersonation of wasps is more than just appearance. Cheers Arry6 points

With most of us being on complete lockdown I was just wondering if there was much being done in the garden. I've got a young family so my garden is just lawn to keep it practical for kids. Still a job or two to do yet though.5 points

When I was a kid it was a big to do going to the rodeo.Us kids would gather at one end of arena. There was half grown heffers at the other end with ribbons tied to their tales. If you caught a ribbon they gave you 10 dollars.Ive seen kids stomped and shit on while the parents were in the stage laughing. The good old days.I can still taste cowshit and see the rodeo clowns laughing.4 points

I really think stuff like that is great. Just primal man and beast for the sake of satisfying the caveman within. Ignoring the ethics of it all because it has a way taking all the fun out of life, what other countries have traditions like that? We don't in the UK anymore. I'd say obvious ones are the bull runs and fights in southern Europe. 'Bulldogging' in NZ and probably southern Africa has to be up there.4 points

Well seems I got an Easter egg after all, never noticed any yesterday on Easter Sunday but as they only lay once a day then cover. Probably thousands of feathers in now. The wife and I do a mile or so walk to get some bloody exercise and pick up the little downy pigeon feathers, put them on the hedge they all disappear and end up in her nest but Lol we never see her take them. Cheers Arry4 points

I think the general rule is , pest control is fine . Recreational shooting isn’t. Best policy is to have your covering email from the FEO and an email from the landowner. It’s a judgement call really, I’ve been out a few times on a chicken farm because he’s losing birds to foxes . I think this guy was shooting deer. It’s probably not seen as being a good reason to be out .4 points

We've just raised a litter here out of my Patxspringer bitch, put my wife's old whippetxrussell dog over her and she had 8 pups. All were spoken for by friends straight away but we kept two back. I'm really looking forward to bringing them on over the summer3 points

The first week of our enforced lockdown i got a call from a good friends son. A fox was visiting him every night and taking chickens from around the yard. He has several stables and horses, a cattery and his own personal dog kennels on this yard. He also owns the field directly behind the yard and the one to the right of that one. I have shot foxes for him here before and it is a good little spot, easy access and the fields rise up in front of you. I entered his farthest field through a metal gate and turned immediately left. I had stopped in a gate hole with a hedge running away from me separ3 points

Have been fishing canals for donkeys years, they all have carp in, it’s just up to you to find them, as we are a bit bored and stuck in here are a few from the last 20 odd years, the little girl in the photo when I had hair is my daughter she’s now over 30 with 2 kids, I,ve tried to include some with locks or boats in so you know I,m not fibbing ?3 points

It's easier if you stump break the heffers first lol. We had a hog hunting buddy who was a professional bullrider. The first time I seen that boy with his shirt off I was amazed.Nothing but scars and doctor cuts.He would jump on a bad boar like a buzzsaw. They live for the next addrenaline rush.He was one of the toughest men I ever met.Strange thing as tough as he was he would cry when his hogdogs got cut.As if to say it was ok for him to get kicked and stomped but he hated for his dogs to get injured. Bullriders are cut from different cloth. They usually end up broken physically and fi3 points

I’m shooting that exact copy of the scout, used to have the original, but I ruined it......no difference between the two. Ive just treated myself to ordering a new scout lt, it’s a bit smaller than the scout and slimmer, also it comes with those aluminium band clips (which you can also buy separately). Looking forward to it arriving.3 points

We do a lot of rabbit control as well .so our little dogs will hunt both rabbit and fox.although in the fells were we go there isn't any rabbits .so when they are on we know its fox.plus a every day mooch would be boring of you broke your hounds to rabbits .but everyone is diffrent. Also I have had numerous foxes put out of cover with little dogs right behind him .although the spot is crawling with rabbits, they seem to favour old charlie boy .3 points

MIcky Theo was a good bodybuilder back in the 90,s used to do a door at Camden Palace....had a few bars and a club later on as i remember. Why these 2 men feel the need to throw their names and faces into the public consciousness at this stage of life is beyond me...embarrassing !3 points
