Yes, she is a comical wee thing,...loves to hunt,...anyfeckingthing... We don't actually catch much, .but its great craic being out with her. I've lost most of the season, mouching, ferreting, etc, due to her sustaining a debilitating injury... Thankfully, my Greyhound vet has managed to sort things out,....fingers crossed...9 points

Sunday morning was probably my last look out for a doe as like most I don’t relish killing next years crop before it’s born . .stalked into a group of does sat up a hedge out the wind and settled on a youngster in the middle . Got to within 60 yards and had to shuffle out in the snow a bit to get the shot with another youngster in full veiw . . At the shot through the neck the other two were up and gone in a flash . Drag was easy on the snow for a change .6 points

We have a eucalyptus tree in the front garden and I have put a cut branch coming down from a main branch. It's got several feeders, a bowl, fat blls, suet blocks and the filled half coconuts. Also put a few hooks in the tree for two other feeders. We only feed sunflower hearts in the feeders and also a bit under them and on the main path we put mixed seed for the grubbers (feral pigeons) the feeders get ; goldfinches ( mainly and they have started roosting in the tree) sparrows, blue Tits, great tits, greenfinch The bowl gets woodpigeons and collard doves The suet block h5 points

Saturday dawn was Baltic cold but looked to be best of the weekend. Managed to tag a roe doe as she emerged from some nice thick rhododendrons. That’s four in four trips here but the woodland stalking takes some getting used to, it’s all pretty close stuff and I’m not getting many chances to get a second shot away before they disappear into cover. Passing the owners chicken coup on the way to the gralloch site I disturbed a fox who ran up a the side of a steep quarry. The cover was really thick and I only just managed to track him in the bins. Lucky for me he stopped in a small opening a4 points

Speakers corner has been there for hundreds of years for anyone too voice there opinion, without fear of violence or persecution. If you go there and say anything about the Koran, you will be savagely beaten by the Muslims, then arrested by the old bill. Many old regulars that have been going for years, that preach a different religion have been threatened, some even had visits from old bill telling them there life is in danger if they returned to S C . This is the reason the couple were coming to the U.K, to voice there opinion on Islam. The police for fear of upsetting th4 points

Right...........let's put this to bed ! This story isn't quite what it seems......... When the government began the roll out of Universal Credit, they included an interim measure, removing the need for means testing , for free school meals. So, for the recent past, Universal Credit = free school meals........but this was only ever an interim measure. Means testing will soon be re-introduced,. BUT the new threshold level will be higher than pre-UC levels. So (stay with me), those children who currently receive free meals will continue to do so, and the higher threshold means that a fu4 points

Yep I would second that. I was tempted with going towards teagle but didn’t want to take the risk with anything that ranged too far. Got a spaniel x terrier in the end. Just the job.4 points

I looked at them yetis but looked a little small for the family camping trips. Have just bought a Subaru legacy 2.0d 2010 very spacious, all the mod cons etc quick, looks sporty and fits around the family nicely. Would highly recommend3 points

He absolutely smashed it ?? the man and his family have literally gone through hell over the last 10yrs trying to show the people what the politicians , police , social services , councils , main stream media have been hiding / defending , well now I think its eventually hitting home to the majority off normal people , and those he's outed will only hate him more , there get out ie Racist , Nazi Thug comments aren't working anymore , I dread to think what they'll do next to quieten him !!2 points

Cheers for the comments fellas, i only bred them to keep a pup and the price was just to cover rearing costs as these pups have had the best grub I could give them. Plus I drove for 500 miles on my own for 12 hours to get the mating that I believe was the best suited for what I need. Thanks again to foxpack for giving me the opportunity to use such a good dog ??2 points

I've taken a long leave from the working dog world. I had to move a couple years back and placed all but two dogs with other fellas. Now I'm looking to get back to working the terriers again. Figured I'd say hi and see who all is still around. Looks like there are some new Americans posting on here. With Spring coming on, there should be some good hunting along the waterways for nutria and what not. I'll try to post some stories and pics in the coming weeks. Take care.2 points
