China has 1089 coal fuelled power station and are building nearly 200 more so in reality if the whole of Britain went completely green with no fossil fuel no cars all turned veggie it would literarily make no difference whatsoever ……..

Received a call yesterday from a farmer to say the crows were back on the barley stubble which he has just drilled with turnips. I popped in on my way to work and there must have been 500 birds on it so I said I would shoot it in the morning. Anyway I was set up for 1st light but the number of birds wasnt there. I underwent a similar redesign project at the weekend @NEWKID Sunday I was stood on an oak coffee table taking down the boys curtain rail in his bedroom , (don’t ask ) and mid drill , the panel gave way, I slipped against the wall , knocked down a mirror which smashed against the table and knocked the boys 5 feet lava lamp aquarium over and spilled its entire contents onto the 6 month old shark hoover which was running at the time and promptly instantly fused . all up about 300 notes damage . Overfucking joyed really ???

I don’t trap moles, never have done but one was making a mess in my new lawn. It had fecked it right up with loads of shallow surface runs. I had a an old scissor trap lying round so carefully cut out the top of a run and pushed my fingers up the tunnel to clear the soil when .....”WHAM”....the little bstard shot down the run and latched onto my finger before shooting back down a dead end run.......it squealed like a little pig as I knifed in the run ?.......think I will leave mole trapping to the pro’s.......far too dangerous.

that sounds like my misses baking mate; we spent several hundreds and she spent 2 years of her life retraining as a TA with certificates to deal with every form of problem going, no jobs about as everyone was at home. she started her little baking business and within a few months is making more than she would as a TA with all the time needed for the kids. All goes back to the thinking for yourself thing that school cant teach dont it

I asked you what policies you support that we pay for (you said we would have to pay more) that would make a difference. And in reply you copied and pasted a report about the UK going net zero. I'm sorry that's not an answer. Indeed you never give actual answers. As part of us going net zero we are off setting carbon with things that are a con. Planting trees on land that was already secreting carbon, making those often burnt moors an even bigger tinder box and stopping them producing food. All the steps that lead to us going net zero include an element of upping carbon production

I’m not fixated, I’m pointing out that you can’t do anything about anything without systemic change…..part of that change will have to include something you yourself promote. Dont keep calling these people “climate refugees”, they ain’t , they wasn’t 70 years ago and they ain’t now……they come for the money and to exploit us, pure and simple !

no mate back when we went on holiday up there when i was kid between the age of 10... 15-16 i never did any hiking ...i was fishing mad back then ....so i fished at firmoore of the rocks....fished at poolewe ....back then below the bridge in the village you could fish without issue ..but not above the bridge ....we spun for sea trout and salmon below the bridge ... also fished at gairloch under the pier ...and we often went out on day fishing trips on the boats....funily enough i can still remember how much they cost £5.50 for the day....where we caught a few good species ...cod haddock
