Had a couple of hours spare this afternoon, bought and fitted a very cheap scope to my .22 air rifle, I moved my hawke scope to my lr and after much outlay on recent purchases it had to be cheap, £54.99 cheap. A Nikko Stirling 4-12x40, but it’s more like 4-8. AirArms s410 carbine zeroed at 25yd 10 shot group 5 shot group 15yd 10@ 40yd and 5@ 50yd for the price of the scope I’m very pleased, I was running low on air at the end so the 50 yard group wasn’t to shabby.

Even you could catch a Rabbit with these Don ? find a hole in a Fence put trap down then come back in the morning and pick your Rabbit up, it's that easy , easier still if you use a setting tool and safety tool , Rabbits seem to be left alone in traps you lose the odd one but nothing like snaring when you can lose the lot .

I've only ever had three dogs from being pups. All the rest have been re-homes in one form or another. The last dog was a total basket case physically and emotionally when we took her on at 18 months old and it took more than two years to straighten her out. But she made a lovely dog and had a very happy life including being a great beating and shooting dog, something nobody would have believed if they saw here when she first came to us. She was also useful for indicating caught moles and finding traps that foxes or badgers had carried off and abandoned. I hope Lily can learn to do the same.
