It' becoming a joke I would like to look like a female . Wear what I want . Put a bit of lippy on when I see fit. Have my hair cut and do a colour wear summer frocks and show a wee bit of cleavage . I don' want to become one of these none gender sorts I love being all roundy and having a bit of shape to me is that a crime to want to be looked at by a bloke and having a bit of harmless banter. Them card girls have lost a pay cheque because the pc brigade have been at it I can't help feeling that being female is now a punishable offence just in case some bloke shouts out a few commen6 points

Good news, before Xmas I sent a few permission letters out for pest control with self addressed stamped envelopes for response, I had 2 returns unfortunately both NO,s, so a couple of weeks ago I sent to 4 golf courses and 5 poultry farms, until yesterday I,d had one return with another NO, BUT 9oclock last night I get a call regarding a letter he,d received about pest control saying he,d purchased a new house along with 24acres of land and its riddled with rabbits and could I go and take a look, almost choking with excitement I said yes of course no problem, so he,s sent me over the address4 points

One of my customers has a farm about 10 minutes from home and he knows I shoot. He's a shotgun man and is of the old school that looks at air rifles a bit like toys but he knows of another perm I shoot on and that fella has told him all about them so he asked if I would have a wander round to see what was about as he knows of quite a fair size Warren in a banking on one of his boundarys that is looking messy now. The wind was blowing hard again so I wasn't holding out much hope as i don't know the perm but took the r10 with a belly full of bis mags just in case. I got there at around4 points

H&N Field Target Trophy 19.91gr. I tip my BSA Scorpion .25 barrel slightly downwards when cocking it, pellets will not slide backwards in the magazine that way. If you are only going out to around Twenty Five yards then H&N baracuda 31.02 gr are worth looking at. Good luck and all the very best4 points

It's been a lousy week, predjudice at work from blokes with more faces than a town clock and a hole range of cutlery for when your back is turned! That and the lingering swine flue I succumbed! The wet morning didn't help so I gave in and went to nitro!! Yes on the last Saturday of pheasant season I reached for a back stuffer and my cartridge belt, of which by the way gave me a pleasant surprise! Last time I used it it was a tight fit and on the last buckle hole but not today, no the second to last buckle hole today. That brought a smile to my face. Jess worked a rabbit fir3 points

After not getting out for a good few weeks we went this morning with the forecast saying light rain, once we got sorted out we set off, due to the rain and wind very little was above ground so I had to once again relay on my canine partner to find the action, it wasn’t long before she was hypnotised by the scent of a bunny or two below ground, that was all I needed to get the nets set and two of my albino kits sent into battle, number one was a hole hopper, so I sent another ferret right in behind him quickly, it bolted like a train, number two was pulled out of a hole, lurcher on one end ferr3 points

As much as I detest the whole political elite, I think corbyn and other members of the Labour Party are in a totally different league.....we must do everything in our power to make sure they never hold sway over great Britain3 points

self employed twats is what they are. If they feel that there is no value of working with you then your fecked. Where as collie types etc will work generally for you regardless, like an employee.3 points

The Asians aren’t really a problem, they integrate well and accept our way of life, it’s the people with totalitarian ideology’s that try to force their belief system and fail to accept local laws that is dangerous for any society, with political correctness that borderlines on insanity, readily unopposed by the majority it paints a grim picture for the future I.M.O3 points

Think instincts , the older the breed the more reliant on instinctive behavior it is , more cat like , you cant f**k a cat over too many times or you won’t exist for it and it’s your tough shit whereas these new shiny all dancing smiley collies and like will take any amount of whipping and stil lick your feet if asked, chew on that one3 points

well ive managed to get the old girl back on track... 41 year old and ready to go again! this was my Christmas present off bigmac aka jimmy, he sorted the stock out fitted a Bisley butpad and bought the old girl back to looking good again unfortunately there was an issue with the barrel so I tracked down an old one that needed polishing and re-blueing, one of the lads at my mates garage polished the barrel back to life in less time than it took me to have a smoke, didn't get chance to take a pic beforehand! it came up mint and gave me a chance to have a go at blueing2 points

Reading half these comments, it's no surprise most land owners go straight on the defensive and knock everyone back, they do give permission out, but usually only to decent folk who respect laws and boundaries. once you get one, look after it, respect their property, behave sensible, and word soon gets round your ok and more perms will come from the back of it. one thing a lot of farmers like, a little help with stuff every now and again, if you walk in and he is sweeping the grain store, grab a brush and give him ten minutes of your time, goes a long way that does.2 points
