  5. " The Mirror is currently campaigning to overhaul the Dangerous Dogs Act " You only have to walk around any big city and see the types of dogs being brazenly walked around busy streets to see nobody gives a shit about the Dangerous Dogs Act anymore.....it hasnt been enforced for years.

  6. To be honest I don’t really care much for other people’s opinions on my dogs . I feed them, I work them and I’m happy with them. I’m a bit old in the tooth to worry about if I have got random blokes I do t knows approval of my dogs . I’m not going to get into any more back and forth about the breeder of my pup, he’s a good friend of mine and I’m happy with what we have done together over the years and will continue to do so in the future . Pups doing great as well , growing like a weed . Don’t look like a Lakeland now as some people stated she was at the beginning of the thread ? Really

  9. I agree 100% and I remember in my day an anti had to befriend gullible folk at shows etc and then follow them around in the hunting season with a hidden camera on them… now folk are doing it themselves and think that because they change their name on Facebook they’re safe. It’s a different and foolish time we live in!

  28. Just read on the news in Ireland to meet green targets they are going to cull 10% dairy herds so about 65000 cows a year culled for 3 years. Farmers are not overly impressed. Best not chase a hare though very cruel. Bet I know 195000 cows that would swap places with a bloody hare

  32. That's bad news and a horrible way for the old girl to go. I don't know what the answer is for the increase but, I can only think it's dickheads buying dogs that they haven't got a clue about. I don't think that's a new thing either - I remember arseholes on my old estate 30yrs ago that had dogs that they couldn't control.

  36. We are currently working on a very old property ,flag stone courtyard and ashlar walls .The owner said he had a few house martins arrive and so I suggested putting down a bag of top soil suitably dampened to allow nest building without the birds having to travel miles for materials .Went from two pairs Wednesday to 32 pairs nesting Friday .The twittering they make is captivating tbh .

  37. Its nothing to do withem being f1 or 2nd 3rd or 4th crosses. Its down to them being bred from shit quality animals in the first place. If defects are showing in the second cross they were there in the f1s and in at least 1 or both the origional purebred parents. If I was going to buy a cockerpoo of labradoodle which I aint Id want to see proof that the purebred stock ie poodle,Lab,cocker had all the relevant health tests associated with that breed
