Yeah that's a brisket and they come out well over charcoal. When you get the hang of it you'll be cooking allsorts on them. His whole campaign has left him with egg on his face. He temporarily got pest control halted but his campaign was counter productive to his conservation ideas. Guys doing the cull use peanuts , not KP or the salted varieties, just the kind you put out for birds in the garden . You say you have been trying for a week ? Not maybe long enough. Think about where you want to photograph them and it doesn’t have to be on top of the sett , then leave the peanuts out for them there they go mad for them.....apparently . Last year one of my customers asked if I could give him a hand to put an old lawn mower into his car so he could take it to the recycling depot. I really don't know what the obsession is with pictures of dogs on game part way through the 'job'. I don't like seeing them myself, never mind Joe Bloggs on FB.
