I think some of you boys are taking the "reward" the wrong way, I'm pretty sure the original poster meant the carcass as the "reward". It does no harm what so ever, I've had plenty that won't touch them and even more that can't get enough in their mouths. Back in the day I've let loose plenty of foxes, I either let the youngsters watch it run down the field or let the fox have fair law then tip the youngster loose to chase it and hunt it once it looses sight. It does wonders for their confidence and it's reward enough instead of killing everything as the stupid laws dictate.8 points

i always wondered what really happened to that 'Dusty' bitch he had mother to these merle runners???did he just take a litter from her then just f**k it off? Boris I would sooner scratch my own eyes out with a rusty nail, and shovel all my dogs before I'd take/show some c**t like that the craic with digging.....enough retarded fuckpigs in the game as it is?maybe you could do a nice photo shoot of his dogs for him, comission based, bang a GPS collar on em,and help him peddle some poor c**t a dream ?you could top up your spray tan and he could get the motor recovered from that hedgeline?5 points

Coming up for 11 months now , still a bit mad but definitely quietened down . Been out with the lamp a few times and a days ferreting, he is very keen . Considering when I had him he was very under weight and not very well looked after , I think he is starting to look quite good.4 points

No wasn't much fun but we did have some good times aswell. I took the dog on and wasn't going to pass him on as he'd just end up like this one past about and more then likely a unhappy dog so I delt with it and worked on it and also learnt always get a pup and bring it on yourself it is alot of hassle took me a year to get him ok enough to take off the lead if sheep was about but in the end he could run about nearish them I just went where I new there wasn't any sheep or any other stock saved hassle3 points

I did once contemplate admitting to seeing some ghost rabbits and chickens, but on reflection I thought better of it as nobody would have believed me. I have proof I see them regular in my favourate mushrom field3 points

Hermes are shite, I rang up going mad cos they said I’d not been in twice! both times I was at home.... so ten mins after me kicking off it turns up being delivered by some woman who looked like don’t take crack advert in a heap of shite car!! she was horrified when I said what’s the big idea saying you’ve been when I know you haven’t.. her excuse was there was a crash and she couldn’t get to the house! If I’m buying online and I know it’s them delivering I’ll find another shop with a better courier!!!! W@nkers3 points

Ten foot dig to the dog, it was either his fifth or sixth dig..........he stayed till dug to and he never looked back. Edited to say, the three strikes and you're out crowd would of never got to that stage, sometimes it pays to wait and let the dog mature.3 points

He wants to be ashamed of himself, lads like this are a scourge to the working dog world. The poor thing is flesh and blood and some scumbag is wanting to trade it for a motor, shithouse of the highest order.-3 points

Had a good start on monday with ferrets and glen( white dog), always good when you see rabbits bolt early. First stop was Hawick in the Scottish borders for the first bit of rabbit control. The land owner had rabbits in the garden and asked if I could help out. An hour later was finished and 2 rabbits up. Glen was on the ball and the hob worked well. After that headed over to coldingham for the next bit of rabbit control. It didn't look like there was much about, the land owner had said hed been shooting rabbits in the summer and numbers down. Netted alot of holes without any rabbits bolt2 points

Son in law went out early first thing to go driven shooting and found that sometime overnight that someone thought that they needed his 4x4 more than he did. The side window was smashed and the steering wheel was hanging off. At least it was still there. We now have some repair work to do. He has had a situation before where some bloke nearby who had the same vehicle came down and took one of the wheel nuts off. Luckily a young lad noticed that some of the wheel nuts were missing and he had some spares. Son in law noticed that this bloke had his distinctive wheel nuts. The bloke was taught2 points

Had my first night out at last after waiting about 5 months to get the ground cleared where I live to control the fox numbers for my mate who rents the land to graze his sheep and he lost a lot of lambs last year. To say it’s crawling with foxes is an understatement! I pulled up and straight away there was a fox wandering up behind me. Boom after 2 minutes first fox down! Put rabbit distress on the caller and had two running in. the first was eighty yards, the second was 200, both dropped on the spot. Turned the caller off. Gave it 10 minutes and I saw another two in the distance. Turned2 points

You said you'd not comment again til AJ fought fury and yet you've done nothing but spout bullshit ever since. He may have beat klitch but so did AJ, fury was stripped because he was caught cheating along with his cousin. Truthfully neither should have been allowed their licenses back. If he beats wilder he will have a belt but that's his only chance, thats providing wilder doesn't knock him out early and properly this time. You can keep quoting Lewis over and over but that's one man's opinion, AJ2 points

Mine get feathers left on... Its a bit of a hassle cleaning out, specially if its a windy day. The missus always moans bout feathers around the garden... The local sparrow hawk gets the blame. FF2 points

I just use the orange rubber type gloves, all my lads love em as they fit snug and can still get some feel with them, don’t last very long but I buy a huge box and they work out about 30p a pair so even if they use a couple pairs a day it’s no show stopper.2 points

It's in any dog whatever breed to naturally rag things, a little encouragement as pups does no harm I think, a few rats and a bit of bushing will get any late starters going, but only as pups once they know the score I stop. The best dogs I've had wouldn't look at anything dead no matter how much encouragement you gave them.2 points
