I've got one for work (I'm a keeper) and they are handy, I use mine with the rifle, but I always take it lamping with the lurcher too. Handy for getting up to lampshy quarry, and also useful for keeping light disturbance down when free lancing! i let them into the burrows with a experienced ferret or ferrets and just let them do there own thing i don't think it stops the rabbits bolting or gives you more digging , then when i think there working i just let them have a go themselves and check the burrow afterwards with a working ferret see if they missed any or how they get on as they rarely go deep enough in there first season . I always take it nice and slow with kits its handy if your only concentrating on getting the kits going as if you take your time and do it right youve a good working ferret in the making that will graft for

Another chap i control foxes for is in the same game shooting syndicate as me. He has two other shoots one consisting of three farms adjacent to each other the other is four farms.
