I went a few years back for the marlin fishing and it was excellent, the beach fishing for shark is also good. not much there, but depending where your staying the hotels are 5 star and lay everything on that your average tourist would want. If it wasn't such a hotspot for fishing I wouldn't go again, once was enough for me as a holiday, I will be going back but only for the fishing ?

Well had a couple of hours out last night with the nitesite rtek viper, great bit of kit but not really liking it, thinking of getting shut and getting a photon, that watching a screen is uncomfortable and lights up my face even tho I have a cap and veil over my face, but it did put another two bunnies in the bag, those jsb heavies give a right wallop when they hit...

So! Up early this morning over to my mates farm for a few hours on the pigeons using his shotguns. Got some new camo I wanted to try out too! So Got the decoys set up, few pigeons, few magpies and a couple of crow decoys set, Jimny burried in the hedge to use as a hide. Was pretty uneventful, few high flying pigeons but nothing within range. After 3 1/2 hours of waiting we decided to pack up the shotties, grab the air rifles and head into the horse paddocks on the farm. That's where I went, the hotel was top notch, the beaches are lush, the sea is lovely (but full of sharks) (didn't stop me swimming) its in the middle of nothing, but if you go down the jetty when the boats come in you will see an old school local bartering for fish going on, they even butcher/fillet them on the jetty and sell bits and pieces, it was an eye opener and well worth a visit.

Decided to make a hutch for my ferrets this time something with plenty of room 6ft tall 8ft long and a 2ft deep. Needs painting, a slope coming off the roof for the rain and storage doors putting on but it’s getting there. The bottom level is for storage but can easily be changed to another level if I get any more ferrets. Just picked up two gill kits today getting excited for the season now. Compo21

Don't be fooled, building your own won't work out cheaper as you will be wanting better quality than shop bought crap. i just built one 28 ft x12ft, but I made a proper job, 4"x2"frame rather than 2"3/4 x1''3/4 22mm shiplap, everything all treated before assembly, felt, ply lined etc etc etc, its cost a lot more than I could have bought one, but twice the shed I would have got, and it's exactly what I wanted size and fitted out. If you can get cheap materials your laughing, but they cost a packet off the shelf.

Well the heat is still here. Went out bought a sheet of ply covered it in cooking foil, created an air gap with two bits of 3" x 3" timber. Seems to work well. Most days there in a run with and old fishing brolly over top. Cheers Arry

I always wanted to spend a bit of time living in Barcelona, one day I was head hunted for a position, so I took it. Now my eldest lives with me, speaks 3 languages, she sees a better life here than she did surrounded by pervert Pakis in that lovely shit hole that is Bradford.
