I,ll just take that as a no then, just thought you would enjoy an opportunity to address your followers face to face , if you don’t think you can make it up and down in one piece just set up a pulpit at the bottom and sell cock while you preach, ??6 points

A shit eating possum and a bolted coward of a coon is all I have to show from an all day walk in knee deep mud other than a skidmark in my boxers from when I stepped on a snake.Im on the couch eating aspirin crying about my back and my wife is demanding I give her a reason why I do this to my self and I honestly can't think of any.5 points

So as of last month I found myself without a lurcher for the first time in 15+ years, I had lost not only a loyal companion but a devoted member of the family. So I find myself looking at rescue centres for a young lurcher because everything deserves a second chance in life right? Wrong not if it’s a working home they don’t, no chance. It’s neither wonder some of these rescues are full to the gunnels. anyway if anyone sees of a lurcher good with kids and can Handle a crab it terrier lol, then get in touch cheers3 points

Interesting development at this year's shot show - a company is developing bullets for .22LR ELR. I'd never heard of ELR myself but apparently it stands for Extra Long Range and rather than being a new cartridge, is a discipline where shooters shoot at 300-600 yds with .22LR. Well, this company has produced solid copper bullets for .22 LR with a head design very much like a centrefire - one in a ballistic tip and the other just totally solid copper. Performance figures are unavilable atm as are bullet weights, but it's said to make .22LR a 300yd cartridge due to greater efficiency (s3 points

That pic reminds me of the first fox we ever dug it was to my mates pet bow legged jack, we was proud as punch that day the 3 of us walking back talking about how we was no longer ferreting lads we was terriermen now lol, out of the 3 of us I’m the only one that carried on with the terriers/hunting. that day will always stay in my memory forever.3 points

I can't tell you anything specifically about that reel but the Shimano story goes like this: In the early 1970’s Alabama tackle dealer Lew Childre set off to Japan on a personal trade mission. His primary aim was to source some quality bamboo as Chinese goods were subject to an embargo and Tonkin cane was hard to find, but he also made contact with representatives of the Japanese companies Fuji Heavy Industries, an aircraft company set up in 1915 and The Shimano Industrial Company who were founded in 1921 to make cycle parts. Childre managed to do a deal with Shimano to produce a new bait3 points

Its disrespectful to English football and English fans we all piss and moan about how commercialised the game has gone and how its not as good as back in our day but then give Klopp a pass because he,s a smashing fella ! I hope they're not charging spectators....imagine going to watch your favourite pop group live and they roll out a bunch of kids you've never heard of. Personally i think clubs should be punished if they dont try their very best to win every game they play....a manager not even going to his own clubs game is just arrogant beyond belief in my opinion.3 points

I remember hearing it was something to do with imports, I have no idea if that was true or not. I remember saving grey partridges up in the freezer thawing them out when I had around 2 to 3 hundred then taking them to the game dealers and getting around 700 quid for them which was a nice wad 30 year ago. Got different prices for what they called young and old birds, the dealer used to look at the wing tips if they were well rounded they were classed as old birds.3 points

They have won it when the last games played and they are lifting the trophy mate, you know how it works better than most. We indeed would have given anything to play in an FA cup final but then again we wasn’t world and European champions, I’m actually really looking forward to seeing Liverpool’s U23 play with another bloke at the helm, it will be a good measure of what they have coming along and a showcase of what they have been developing in a game that matters. Are you worried just a little bit as a Utd fan ?2 points

Lived in Penzance for a while when we first moved down here, walked the coast path to it and one time had a go at Tombstoning with the guys from the pub ? from the rocks between there and The Minack You can go to different beach every day of the year in Cornwall, I'm within about 60 miles of all of them. Shame I'm not a massive beach lover, prefer the Moors. Cheers, D.2 points

My daughter now earns around 60k and rising after a simular sum was spent on her education mate seems a lot at the start but it’s a good investment in the long run, and for an uneducated council estate kid that’s earned his money either the hard way or the wrong way I can feel proud as feck on a daily basis2 points
