  12. I won’t be offended by that, it’s a mindset I carried myself once so I understand it mate. I think you have to take into account that you come from communities where tribalism and loyalty to your community is still very much an every day thing and has been at the forefront of your whole life, wether consciously or subconsciously, so you are starting from a different point to say a lad like me from London or anyone from most towns in mainland Britain…..that may be way off the mark but it’s what I think. I come from a community where people stopped giving a f**k about themselves or eac

  17. Managed a couple of hours mooching about with the catty this morning before it started raining. A big wood I went in was lifting with squirrels a lot in 3s chasing each other about. I would think the consistent rain as exposed a lot of food on the woodland floor for them. I know one thing as I have got older I fekin hate the rain and won't go out in it unless I have too.

Play right into the governments hand Ive never ran from anything or any man in my f***ing life....Im f***ing smart enough to know which fights I can win....and being able to make a difference or stop the country going down the pan further....not me or you or any f***ing ex paramilitary groups(who sold out their own peoples long ago so they could wear a suit at stormount) are gonna make a difference from where Im sat? Ireland is already overrun and will be no different to the shithol

  19. Yeah it's great , over the Xmas period I've just upgraded to YouTube Premium. It allows me to download and save podcasts or out. So when am out walking running or camping or out , I don't need a signal. Plus it allows you to lock your phone screen while playing, which you couldn't before. And also no adverts. I know I will get the use out of it.

  20. Not quite in laws, but a funny story. Years ago I was with an old girlfriend and we moved inn and lived together for a couple of years. Now I met her parents and her mum was lovely but her dad was a right cnut from the outset. I just didn't take to him and he bullied his wife and daughter and spoke to them like peaces of sh1t. I'm quite outspoken so he soon got the jist that I wouldn't wear any of it. So he add a few quid and bought one of them massive motorhomes the real big ones. So I really didn't want to go away in it with them, but did to please my girlfriend as you do. We went to Wales a

Not many of us did mate, I think we have spoken about the miners strike before and I said then that I was naive enough to just believe the narrative that you were just “commies”…..back then in my young head before age had made me wise enough to look harder and consider more, the reds were the enemy and that was good enough. Now days I completely share your take on the situation and the fact that it meant so much more.

  28. If like me mate I was in my 20s when on strike and even though I supported it a 100pct I didn't see the real significance of what the fight was really about as I did not live in a mining village and same as the hunting ban it was an attack on the white working class of this country imho. Some thing I believe to make ordinary joe bloggs like me more compliant to what others wanted for the future of our country.

  30. The real killer is that we are massively outnumbered by “our own” people who think all of this is a perfectly brilliant idea or who don’t have the guts to say it isn’t….either way, same result. These people genuinely don’t see a problem with the cultural, social and genetic genocide being inflicted on the U.K. (and more widely Europe)….the only difference is that some places in Europe seem to be voting for people who do see it as a problem which is something we refuse to do in the U.K. so far and something I can’t see is doing anytime soon in the U.K. I have been travelling to North

  35. I have not been out with the longnets at all this season, but I had seen the netting jacket hanging along with the nets carefully hanked at the end of the last season. I've seen Terry had been out and after reading his post it had me thinking should I have a go? Well tonight was the night I finally decide I'll give it a go. I grabbed the jacket plus two 50 yd nets and got in the car heading off out in the rain On pulling up it was windy, a bit strong but also nice and dark, nothing to do with the moon phase but more to do with all the forking rain clouds that had followed me

Don't know if I don't enjoy it as always looking over shoulder, or just bored of going to the same old places ....I guess working away kills any regular structure of hobbies etc. two young lads to entertain, sports mad. My dog days are done for the foreseeable I think.

Youngest seemed to get the hang of casting and jigging had a follow in but no cigar. I may now invest in a dropshot rod as my spinner is something like 8//20g and it was clunking more than twitching lol. Still I enjoyed , especially the catch. I could've stayed all day .
