I think this thread has ran it’s course now and gone off track a fair bit, I’ve been more than guilty of that myself, I start back up at the shoot next week proper ( ? the birds turn up) so I think I’ll start a new thread for the upcoming season and keep it all things “ keepering” and try and keep you all convinced that I know what I’m doing ?

Unbelievable the place i now work mate one of the reasons i can't wait to retire. An incident a few year's back when i commented on a lads social media after they had sacked him over a silly comment on Lads Bible i was asked into the office by HR as some brown nose had reported it i went ballistic and told them to suspend me they couldn't get me out of the office quik enough when i fired into them about free speech and other rights because i have had life experience and don't just accept i am like some of the nodding dogs that work there they leave me alone.

Question, how does a railwayman, a working bloke like you, getting an extra few quid effect you exactly ? And if it makes you half an hour or and hour late helping him get an extra few quid, wasn’t that worth it to be able to help a bloke just like you win against the people who are destroying the country ?

My mate works doing pest control at a massive hospital. The statistics for the hospital are frightening with regards beds and waiting times. The hospital pays 70 grand a year for pest control. Now days I think anyone would be hard pushed to work more than 2 dogs properly effectively and efficiently at one time the amount of hours put in finding gear to run be it day or night would be at the sacrifice of family an loved one’s ,relationships and a day job.
