My two Russell's , the dog was keeper bred and I was given him by a lad who used it for bushing , he said “I can’t put up with him anymore, he keeps going to ground “ , “that’s a shame” I said , “ I’ll take him off your hands “ . And to be fair he’s been spot on , also done a bit of hunt service when the terrierman was short . The small bitch has been spot on , bred by DB .10 points

could be cubs that she couldn't get too???you will never know unless you used an experienced dog after....dogs still young,it's too warm, and digging cubs in the summertime can make a good dog look shite....leave her till next season is my advice ?7 points

But a man can only take so much and then he has to stretch his legs! So I got me in the rabbit fields and the third rabbit I saw was mine. The sting in the story is bees #1, sausagedog #0! I thought I could walk past some bee hives and get away with it! Oh no, one bee had my name written on his stinger! A sixty yard dash swinging my hat had me feeling confident of escape and then came the final attack, right on the back of my neck! Oh well, every day is an adventure for a hunter. SD.6 points

With rabbits being very thin on the ground round here and not much action with the ferrets over the winter it was time to bag a few woodies with the S410. Put a few decoys out in the field to entice them in towards the oak tree. Lay on my back looking up at the tree and not bothering to watch the decoys as I knew they would come into the tree rather than land on the ground. Took a few shots at a dead branch to work out the holdunder and then the action started. A good number of woodies came in and over a period of three hours I managed six shots and bagged five. Far more came in but even6 points

Thirty-six suspected illegal immigrants have been intercepted in the English Channel by Border Force as they attempted to reach the UK. The Coastguard assisted the officers in bringing the occupants of three boats to safety off the Kent coast on Monday morning. In the first incident, a Border Force cutter was scrambled in the early hours to intercept a small boat. A group of 11 men on board, who said they were Iranian and Iraqi, were brought on to the Border Force vessel and taken to Dover, where they were medically assessed and transferred to immigration officials for interview. Best way to ruin a pup is to start on cubs. If they are in tight spots wriggling around up in to rat holes then the pup will come away. It's a bad start for a pup to make it exceptable to come away. The pup is confused and doesn't know how to find or dig on yet at that age. Without been cheeky I'd put the fault down to you and not the pup. I've seen experienced dogs that looked stupid digging cubs and any other day they excelled. You can't expect a full grown terrier to fit where even a rabbit can't. Bad habits like that can convince a pup that it's ok to walk away. Don't dig cubs full stop. I4 points

This case with Miller is probably the worst case ive ever heard of he wasnt just trying to gain an edge he was looking to literally kill Joshua !!....im not one for bans and punishment but personally i dont think Miller should ever be allowed to earn money through sport again......he was done for HGH which is an obvious one for a strength/explosive athlete....EPO which again is quite obvious for an endurance athlete.....they both utilise your own body but the third substance he e took Cardarine is literally like changing your genetic make up its whats called a Peroxisome Proliferator Activated4 points

I'm normally spot on with my identification of birds eggs but this one has me baffled . Located on a flat bit of land at the top of a disused quarry only metres from an oyster catcher nest .it was size of lapwing with a creamy white shell /Brown blotches3 points

After spending the day with her indoors I was in need of a walk out in the countryside, so contacted almost everyone I know and with no one wanting to come out I decided to stay local and have a go at some back garden bunnies in the daylight so off I went to a little spot I have shot for years, now the bloke that owns the place is a cracking fella but by god he’s got some money so I walked up the side of the property and the usual half a million quids worth of cars were parked out the front, as I got to the top he was out with friends enjoying a few beers and some food in the sun, so he3 points

If British born bred folk have the money to go live in France,Spain etc then they got the money to get all the jabs, meds a dog needs to live out there and travel back when needed . the same gos for them coming to the uk !!!! if folk can not afford to pay for dogs jabs ,stickers for car etc then they shouldn't be thinking about entering another country . no one should be able to move to another country unless they can prove they have anufe money to live on .with out taken someone's jobs etc we wouldn't have 5 million Eastern block citizens taking uk jobs,houses,schools,hosp3 points

Here's a few photos, one of the day we came back from a trip to arrys. And they slept on ems lap the whole way back to Wales. Second one is the first rabbit I bolted with them and the bottom is the last proper trip out we had. New earth's, very deep and they both worked awesome together. Lost 4 and had 3, which is massive numbers around my way believe it or not. Arry sorted me these out last time we went Down as all I seem to be able to get my hands on in South Wales is big hobs who dont work deep and bite hard. Also Learnt loads off arry since I've known him, and bry. Best o3 points

Be no fool Apache I will offer no dig to a man that I can't dig with my own terriers. We have had some hard digs here this year 12 hour pluses but I see no need to bring outsider into my digging rites. Maybe the guy you accused me of been in Carrick does, but I assure you the only people I dig are real terrier men. I maybe younger than yourself but atleast I know who I'm talking too through loyal people on here. Can the same be said for you.3 points

Had something similar happen to me yesterday. Mrs took our whippet to the beach with her, he has been a little bit funny with other dogs and was trying to get him around dogs whilst on the lead, whilst sitting on the beach with her friends a terrier runs over to her barking it’s head off she calls to owner to get it on a lead they didn’t seem bothered ?. Ours is trying to ignore this dog but then it launches itself at him and gets hold of his leg so he picked up and in the mrs words “ shock it like a rabbit” she literally had to prise his jaws open to get him to drop it. He is only a whippet2 points

All I have done to it is removed the nasty anti tamper plug and free d off the power adjuster, I have set it to 11.5 ftlbs I did polish the trigger sears (probably unnecessarily) it really is one of the most accurate air rifles I have ever owned, it never fails to amaze me, I have a self imposed limit of 40 yards on live quarry, I shot a rabbit stone dead with a head shot the other night, I paced it out at 52 yards, ok it was going dark and as we all know range estimation is not easy in the dusk, but the way the rabbit fell over was astounding, I will never sell this Ultra, my CZ 511 semi auto2 points

Apache sorry I've come across a bit blunt but it's hard at time to no who's criticizing you for [BANNED TEXT] or wrong yes your [BANNED TEXT] there is alot of invite down kk tipp area to the guys up the Midlands . But I gladly have no part in it, but have been told of so many great dogs gone wrong up the country using kk dungeons as an excuse for the dogs failure. I for one have dug such dungeons with my own unpopular terriers without a bother. Yet I've heard such great dogs fail . Are they so great to type in books in my eyes hardly but let dreamers dream. Let people believe what they want t2 points

I like Nigel and I believe in what he’s trying to do, But whose to say the Brexit Party was formed to split the 17.4 million vote now half are going to stick with UKIP and a shed load for the newly formed Brexit Party resulting in the same shit we’ve got now Labour/ Conservative in a general election. Just another way of looking at it but god I hope I’m wrong because if we don’t leave the EU I think I want to go to America and claim political asylum and live happily ever after in Trumpland.2 points

I'm a catholic myself and served my time as an altar boy when younger. We were lucky in my town because we had a string of priests that were good to us and nobody in our parish got raped. In other areas that happened big time. When the victims looked for compensation the Irish government paid the bill and the church gave fcuk all. Make no mistake, the Vatican is one of the most wealthiest institutions in the world thanks to wealthy single farmers with no kids leaving them 300 acres in the will with a promise of a place in heaven. They can afford to repair it but poor mouth as usual. Those peop2 points

Always found that cooling the egg as quick as you can after cooking seems to stop the blackening around the yoke. Older egg peel easier as well. Cheers Arry2 points
