Until the season starts. Cleared 11 months now and training going well. Retrieve turned into bit of a game for her but she knows the drill so hopefully once working I can get her on track. She’s a busy dog and not the sort to leave lose in the van lol she is an agile little devil and thinks nothing of doing a tight rope walk along a branch to get over an obstacle. When she wants to jump she is like a spring effortless Hunting wise she is more than up for it and raring to go. She is a joy to be around. Great with dogs and love

I disagree buddy my lad is autistic he was 13 when we had the old bitch put to sleep same age as him they grew up together never apart from her being 8 weeks old he carried her in the vets and stayed with her yet I know lads who i have had to take there dogs because they couldn't face it yet my lad can't get on a bus full of folk

Yep, quite a few 'old fashioned' poisons not allowed for the last couple of decades. 1st one comes to mind is strychnine, been banned since the mid-late 80's, if my memory serves me right? It was too haphazard, killing moles, then foxes, birds of prey etc etc, which fed on the carcasses of the moles, continuing the cycle of death. Edited to add, Just checked, strychnine was banned in 2006!! I was a tad surprised, definitely thought it was earlier than that?!

I was just thinking whether it would be possible to eliminate the fox from the UK. Not because I want to. Daughter was out on the canal over the weekend moored up in the middle of nowhere with no light pollution and had some pretty good shots of the space station going over as well, I love sitting out on the roof in the early hours when everyone is asleep and watching a good sky, always something going on from satelights planets and shooting stars, makes you realise just how insignificant we really are in the bigger picture

Youre probably right mate but I know when I boughta px last year all the engine seals were brittle and the fuel pipe which wasnt the black ethonol resistant stuff had actually rotted that bad that when I disconnected it it fell in half.Even with the E5 suff I turn my petrol off and let them tick over till they cut out now so as to not leave any fuel laying in the carb or pipe if I might not be using that scooter for a few weeks and I drain them all out before the winter now
