Nice one GM , busy weekend for us so no campervaning this weekend but we have lots in the pipeline, we are out tomorrow in the van but just for the day/ evening, we are not stopping overnight as my Mr's is currently pet sitting for next door, have a great weekend

This is a handy thing if you're sleeping in a car or van. Its a Tent porch gives you a little room that you can cook in if its raining or just to get changed wash etc. I used with this old Toyota and the X-Trail. At one of the THL fishing comps we got about eight of us in it when it pissed down have few beers. You just throw the flap over the car two frames easy as f**k. Jonny Boy called it a Hilly Billy.. Going to sound a bit harsh here but you hopfully will understand, but no one makes someone take enough to od as that is down to the user and sometimes we sailed close to the wind and some sail that bit to close. Talking of getting barred from shops i once worked with a lad on the demolition from Canklow a rough estate in Rotherham who was barred from the local chippy. When I asked him how the feck did you get barred from a fish and chip shop . I picked her up and took her to show the Wife you would think she was dead sound asleep just hanging there in my hand. Just like to say thank you to downsouth and gnasher for offering my boys birds I met up with d s and brought kiwi home yesterday I think he's settled in ok but been abit overwhelmed with the boys maybe as I let him out to fly in the evening n also the boys held him which he was ok with at first could reckon he wanted to fly n avoid more after abit so probably to much probably straight away so iv been trying to get them to see him from outside the cage today n just offer him bits of veg etc photo from yesterday

Well dad about gave me a heart attack just now came banging on my bedroom window to wake me up ( usually dont get up till like ten first few days I'm home) asked me if I wanted a quail ...then proceeded to just hand me a hamster cage with a singular quail... Apparently something happened with the way they tried penning them and ...yeah I got this guy..... girl.... whatever I'm not the best at identifying the bits and bobs on birds ... Some of them big fields down the south of England...you could catch 20 foxes on the lamp in a month easily, putting in the effort...with the 1 dog/bitch...if you got 2/3/4 dogs,then you could kill one every night for a month off the same few fields... piece of piss mate...there's still lads driving 400 miles a night, down south lamping there dogs and it ain't to lamp hares

Did Catalonia last year was great beach holiday, hired a car had a cottage I found online with pool etc but it was a lot of driving, we enjoyed , cost a fair bit. Just got back from Cornwall had good weather , got a house for the price of a caravan on Sykes , didn't have the drag of flying etc kids went on mackerel boat , crabbing was their highlight, did a river boat and beach days, had an unexpected rnli tour , lots of seafood,was fantastic tbh took both dogs .

To save me replying to several messages asking what I feed my mongrels on especially throughout the season well as I've aged I try to make thing's as easy as possible for myself,I don't feed my dog's much kibble but what they do get is decent quality stuff I'd like to think..I feed Orijen (Fit & Trim),Acana,Eden & Truline along with an old friend Eukanuba..with that I'll add a little pasta and for a number of year's now I've used the 'dry meat'..(beef greaves) as their main meat source,they don't need a lot of it as it's 60% protein & has a 40% fat content,all the above kibble are

Just reading your post you clearly get it, I did my best to explain to the lad that the other family member, although a complete rat of a man had no idea what his dad was about to do and the guilt of the little thing he did must of eaten him up from the day he died and no matter how he could try to explain it, he would always be shown in a bad light, we weren’t involved in taking heroin or crack, we were on the other side of fence, after my friends death the other family member spiralled out of control, crack was his downfall and when he robbed two suppliers and a car from my mate and done one

You've done the right thing stav. Hopefully it'll help the lad to find some sort of closure, and make peace with himself , and with his family. In defence of his family . It might just be too painful for them to talk about. Life can be f***ing heartbreaking at times mate.
