I started keto carnivore last end July....last year...dropped 2 stone by Christmas....and it was easy... Thing to do is ...when you get hungry...just eat some meat and fat....cheese takes the edge off if you fancy something sweet7 points

Well fasting is fairly new, ie this week, (did shorter one a year back) my ideal diet which I'm doing now is keto ISH so meat and veg dairy . No sugar no simple carbs like bread pasta no orange juice . It works for me and is easy. I found the fast easy as the rules are simple , no meal planning or cooking just need a kettle lol, I woke up this morning euphoric and felt I could've gone a lot longer , but the fryup was devine , swapped the hash brown and toast for an extra egg. I've a couple of £50 wagers with colleagues see who can lose two stone by July. I need to be more active but frozen sho5 points

I actually think the sad fcukers that foisted multiculturism onto us have turned decent charitable folks into racists and created more bad feeling than there ever was, but then again maybe that's the plan.4 points

Again, intricate tactics are not my thing but its what Southgate played against Brazil and what he'll resort to any time he feels danger.....for me its just a basic lack of sporting courage it would be like Mike Tyson trying to win on the jab.....no,commit to your own strengths.....be mindful of whats coming back but dont let it dictate your whole game. You're absolute right we are now producing the type of players we always wanted.......who'd of thought it eh !3 points

Apparently he has played the race card before . I cant wait to see the fecker again Tuesday and if higher management ask me to apologise they will get the feck off tablet as well.3 points

Remember working in the tail gate down the pit and some muck falling Away to expose a fossilised tree trunk. It stopped the job for an hour so lad's on the district could come and look at it before it got broken up and put on the panzer chain. First thing I thought when I saw it was this would have been a living tree when dinosaurs ruled the world we also found a few small pieces of rock with small fossilised leafs that looked like they come off a small fern plant . Looking back now I wish I had put a few I found in my snap tin and brought them home.3 points

No mate. I enjoy waking up with a clear head instead of a hangover at the weekend. I've had my share of pints in my younger days..just coffee now for me.. The last 5 months I get up at 4:15 am for work every week day..so can't drink and get up that early..then I didn't see a point of drinking at the weekend..its been easy to stop to be honest don't miss it at all..3 points

I like that Toney, he has that swagger about him that just says he’ll nick a goal somewhere in a game. So that wouldn’t be Kanes natural game then which is going to stifle a little bit of what he can give do you think ? Saka is still learning, every full back in the world must know by now he wants to fade right and then chop in on his left and shoulder to shoulder he has to set for someone else and move again because he is a Pygmy. Outstanding when given that 2 yards of space however but still pretty predictable. Rice had to play his whole time with us like that, hand2 points

All really good points mate, and hard to disagree with, and you have as much right as anyone to talk tactics amongst shit kickers like us, you probably watch more football than most, loads of lads I've played with haven't a clue, they don't watch the game like that... I didn't see the Brazil game, but I didn't think the Belgium game was defensive, Bellingham and Mainoo rotated constantly and Belgium were chasing shadows in midfield, Rice is sacrificed for this agreed, plus as keep saying we play with very high full backs, Gomez and Chillwell were in the last 3rd more than the first 3rd m2 points
-
It's not the back 4 mate, we have great full backs, walker, Shaw, Chillwell, Alexander-Arnold etc... but our centre backs are prone a mistake hence my point on Rice being constant cover, although I'd say most teams play like this now as the full backs make up the attacking numbers and even come into midfield (look at Man City for instance). I just don't see it being ultra defensive personally, but I may be in a minority. Agreed on playing players who aren't playing for clubs, I'd say Maguire has never let England down and has been decent when fit for UTD this year, Stones has to play imo2 points

that’s handy to have mate splatter can be caused by all sorts normally power wire feed or arc is to long your looking for nice even penetration you do push the weld on thick material mate but thin stuff you pull it let’s you control the heat then real thin you will have to stitch weld at times on off power then keep moving about until it’s all filled in you don’t need a pedal mate you can control it with the torch most inverter tigs are2t and 4t now so you can pulse it or have it full power for big runs on thicker stuff and material get one bought mate it can get addictive2 points

Horrendous race of people and I totally agree with what WILF says I would be more than happy to see every one of them wiped off the face of the earth tomorrow are at least returned to the shitholes they come from. I had a row with a Pakistani van driver at work yesterday all because I did not go to unload his van and went to a van who an African lad drives it took the Pakistani 5 minutes before he accused me of being racist. The silly fecker thought I would back down soon as he played the race card think he had a bit of a shock. One of the reasons the fuckers get away with so much is silly fuc2 points

I’ve done quite a bit of welding went to evening classes when I was at college doing my mechanics course it was a decent course I really enjoyed doing it there was a farmer on the course we got pissed off with welding flat bits of clean metal we ended up getting the farmers dads sheep panals in an any gates that need mending. Learning to weld is a good skill to have mig is a pretty easy skill to pick up and arc welding is pretty easy just make sure you clean/grind or cut back to clean metal and have a good earth or else is spatters I wouldn’t bother with gasless welding it’s pretty cheese I wa2 points

Brain is wired , slightly light headed , mild tiredness in the day. Fairly easy week welding small stuff at the bench which helps. Tea coffee and lots of water. I feel like I could keep going tbh, but I won't, I may see how I feel next week . A colleague in work does two days every week for a few months, but he eats a lot of shite the other five days...2 points
