  4. I have various friends with Falcons, Hawks and there's one with an Eagle. I have been out dozens of times over many years and have seen the smallest birds caught to pretty large mammals caught. All very exciting, but is it all right....... Most ground quarry has little chance, its all about if they can hang on and not get injured in the process. And as for humaneness, it's the longest death and that's if its not intervened by the human. The majestic Hare, the intimate test for a equally matched ground pursuer. Well its a straight line chase for a bird, lucky if the Hare gets a

  5. This is gospel true. I have always been interested in Dowsing and if it really works. Some 40 year ago I reckon my brother - in - law was a dairy man on a a local farm an I use to shoot /ferret the ground. One day there was a old guy from Cornwall dowsing for good water source as it was a dry year. I was leaning on a gate watching this guy, to be honest I was itching to talk to him. As he got closer to to the gate he noticed me and said hello, I was keen to talk to him about dowsing. Asking him all sorts of questions about how it works etc. He said if you know any body that has cracked their

  8. After failing to cure my mum's arthritis with a chocolate brownie I obtained some THC liquid stuff....maybe it was oil. I did the pest control in a laboratory where they made CBD but they also did all the THC stuff on the side. The bloke gave me a syringe and said put o.5 ml in her brew....so this time I thought I'd box clever and test it on myself first. 0.5 did nothing....so I tried a decent shot of it in a coffee. An hour later I was off my bounce. So picking up a hammer and saw I went outside to finish building a big pigeon trap. Anyway I looks at all this timber and honestly it was amazin

  14. Id much rather see a decent Gos or even a Spa fly than one of them big lopey things. And couldnt think of anything worse than carrying one of them around all day to see it put in a half arsed attemp to kill a hare when you could see a gos or even a harris hawk put in a much better and exciting effort at a 1/3 of the size

The working class are now the middle class....they take two cars, decent holiday's and all the mod cons for granted. Doing anything from protesting, to voting for a new party to supporting Brexit will risk the status quo.

  18. I’ve consistently said that the NON-PED WHIPPET is the fastest dog in the world over a sprint distance, 150-200 yards. Now, you will come back and say “but the non-ped whippet has greyhound in it “, and I’d agree, but as you’ve said in the past that a coursing bred will beat a greyhound in the run up, that should be immaterial. If you’re not just on a wind up and honestly believe a coursing bred will beat a non-ped whippet over a sprint distance, I cant see the point in having the conversation. Cheers.

  19. we on for a giggle next season jan time gl? you and @chartpolski pop here black neck can be the judge i’ll give you and chart ten to one odds any whippet you bring gets left in the run up we can see if a whippet or a coursing bred is the fastest sprinter lol it would be comical lol

  20. Bought a hand held chainsaw type Profon. Amazon no longer sell Saker, and people were complaining that they could not get returns etc if things went wrong! Anyway Profon means "Tested or Experienced" in Welsh! Gave it a go this afternoon worked well on the logs i tried it on, hopefully all will be well, and it will provide years of service. Also had a nice surprise as when i put it in my Amazon basket, the price reduced by £15! So here we go.

  21. Takes a bit more brains and a lot more dedication to train and fly a bird properly. Most of the wallys you see buying and selling lurchers and chucking them out of motors would more than likely loose a bird the first time they tried to fly it thats if they didnt kill it trying to get it to the correct weight

Personally i think the lad will get caught out and walk onto something the minute he steps up in class as its a totally false act for the wrong reasons in my opinion.....you only have to look and listen to the lad when interviewed he comes across as quite a shy kid....when you look at the proven greats who had those eccentric styles of fighting they had personalities to match.....Ali,Ray Leonard,Hector Camacho,Roy Jones,Naz they were all huge personalities....not just making bizarre moves trying to sell themmself to the public like this lad.......he looks a good sharp fighter and that will tak

  32. Bit of a video here featuring a man called Jim longton. He found numerous ship wrecks and treasure hoards with his dowsing rods. He was, in his time, also a travelling booth boxer, but that's a different story for another time. I've now got in my possession his dowsing rods. Not tried them yet. Will devote some time to it at some point and return with a report https://youtu.be/_iIrk9JqOrY?si=6GD5VQA5Q6T0KmJm
