  3. After talking about tagine a earlier… I decided to tweak tonight’s meal. It was supposed to be a kung po chicken, rice and my homemade Chinese pickle… took my normal Kung Po recipie added more red bean paste, chili and fish sauce than usual because it went in the tagine Marinaded the chicken thighs and drummers in the sauce. Gave it about two hours, bedded the tagine with carrot, onion and daikon raddish, sat he chicken on top poured over the rest of the marinade and slowed cooked it in the tagine until 10mins ago.. Rice was cooked with fennel anise seeds, Star of anise,

  9. Out for a fungi mooch today. Well loads of fungi about today not for taking some deadly ones. The Brown Rimroll mushroom and the Panther cap. Then The Cloudy Funnel classed as poisonous but only 1 in 5 people get ill. Not about to try it. Then I'm 99.9% sure this is the Miller but I don't take yet smells of bread dough. Other stuff seems to grow in the same area I often find Cep/Penny buns about two weeks after they show up. Mostly under Oak trees. In the fields there are lots of different Wax Caps I don't take these either some you can eat so

  27. I'll grind it out a little to make sure I chase the crack and yep map gas preheat , and try not to blow a bloody great hole through it I asked him to leave the old bearing/bush on the other side as he doesn't want to have to re machine inside and it'll act as a bit of a backing plate or heat sink. Tig , which cleans as it goes but just got to hope not porous contaminated too bad

  40. it’s nothing to do with having a beagle mate lol don’t listen to the daftys they most likely have dogs stop at first hedge lol anyone running dogs any type will know they come back always have someone or stay were you slipped but with the tracker you can get to them straight away which is handy they not doubling back behind you or one direction then the next this is great for daytime but also on the lamp for things gone well out a distance of the lamp but the dog doesnt need the lamp everyone has them times you looking waiting on the dog it takes that away which is very handy

  43. Just got back from a 4 day trip to the fraser river in BC. Sturgeon fishing was pretty slow overall but my son and mate both had pb's (son got an 8ft3in and my mate a 7ft 6"). Salmon fishing was better than usual and we had coho every morning (used for bait) and a chinook.

  44. My preferred bait these are big ones though bout 5 inches or more. All I use if I can. You can’t beat them and dodge the bloody schoolies and flounders. Bass tend to be 3lb and up on average
