  13. Got to agree, I don't go in town much anymore, but enjoy a pint in our old local haunts, get to see lads you haven't seen in a while and catch up, we host up here alot now so tend to habe my good mates abd family around in our bar more than going out. My old man ran a pub in North Devon for 15 years or so, first few years were mental, lots of locals liked to pick a fight with us Townies! Lol .. it was good fun as a young bloke, birds loved us and the blokes hated it lol... Twice spent a night in the cells for sticking up for people, I hate a bully and struggle to walk away from that type

  18. Not me, Dido didn't realise it was on a Tuesday, I needed little reason not to go, as to lose two days pay plus 150 for train and 150 for hotel food. I guess I'm intrigued by it , but at the same time aware that it has little if any sway , it needs a title not a st George's take back England football thing. If I'd known there was a stop illegal immigration march that might have seemed more purposeful , I suppose I have very little faith in the general population in the sense that educators ,.tik tokers , tweeter, giving young kids smarts phones. I've great respect for those who protected Briti

  20. I'll get myself a little mongrely type lurcher some time in the future more as a companion than a worker if it does a bit it'll be bonus but I'll not be putting no pressure on either of us. Lol. For now it's just me and the kids fat whippet for company on our walks which will do for while.

  21. They are the ones that working dog lads need but sadly are becoming far to rare, just another thing that won't continue unfortunately. In a way I'm glad I'm all but done with any kind of serious dog work, felt like a weight was lifted off my shoulders and I'm almost ashamed to admit that but just wasn't enjoying it anymore, absolutely loved the dogs and working them but the bollox that goes along with it nowadays was taking the fun out it, took a while to admit to myself and say I've had enough but I'm sure a lot of lads go through a similar experience. Anyway sorry about the rant

  35. I tell my lad not to get involved in all that shit as well mate and he's only 18, it's not worth the aggro but we're old and as youngsters didn't give a f**k...I'm the same though, will avoid aggro as much as possible as 1 it hurts more now and 2 I don't want to spend a day in a cell for that bullshit ..but I'd still struggle to walk away from a bully being a bully, particularly if it was to a girl... Maybe should walk the other way, but it's instinct not to and I think most decent lads are the same
