Early days but I have been watching this series and find the contestants absolutely pathetic, one lad seemed to have a bit about him but mentally was weak and tapped out, anyways rather that sit here shouting at the telly I have decided to give it a go and have sent off an application form to be on the next series, watch this space lol hopefully lots of piss taking opportunity’s to come if I get accepted

I see a slow worm almost every morning. It comes out from the leaf litter around the copper beech in my back garden and basks in the sun at roughly the same time that I'm feeding the dogs. Lots of adders and quite a few grass snakes near where I live too. Several of the adders are black adders too. A few years ago I was walking the dogs in the local forest near Rowlands Castle and noticed a snake out of the corner of my eye. Something about it seemed odd but I couldn't think why. It’s normally quantity over quality here,small town eateries do substance over style,unless Korean or Japanese places in which case their presentation is on point.

Managed to get the kids away for the weekend, great trip. So we hit the ground running , managed lots of beaches and coves , seaside spots and decent eateries , they had some mod event so hundreds of lambrettas buzzing about , did inflatable aqua park, cable car, beaches , crabbing eating , ferry, definitely a good place to visit , but needed more time , I took three rods , bait and research and didn't manage to fish. Put it this way , I bought 8 Madri on landing and I'm back home with six in the fridge , next holiday will be for a fortnight. Kids loved it and I enjoyed.

The best ones are always just out of reach. Boiling up for Jam and seedless jelly. Then some Blackberry and Apple Crumble. Then to try it with some clotted cream. Cheers Arry

the whole point of vaccs for dogs is that the dogs immune system recognises viruses and learns how to kill them parvo ect i have always jabbed my pups twice one jab 2 weeks apart its a bit like when we were at school and got your MMR jab you got it once you did not need a booster i have never bothered with boosters for my dogs once the dogs immune system knows how to deal with it thats it it doesnt need a booster just my opinion

Just labouring for my mate today, bit of mixing, bit of drainage, put a oil pipe in for the boiler, small foundation for some steps, all while he was laying Indian sandstone I like working with him, I learn loads, he’s a proper builder, built this house on the farm, on his own, only thing he didn’t do was the electrics and the heating also found a well so made a feature of it

Yeah I've fallen into the trap of going a bit soft and second guessing myself, but can't afford to be like that. I think it's reasonable money by today's standards although I've never paid more than £120 for dog. First mutt cost me a fiver. I have to admit I have crosses I have more confidence in others but I had a litter for myself and both parents do more than I want so chances are the pups will be somewhere near for me at least. Went as a guest on a shoot once and an auld fella had a bull x greyhound flushing and retrieving with manners like a lord while people were giving their labs n span

Being truthful I have to say that I can't guarantee any of this. Apparently the Dam has been bred down from Saluki x Greyhound type down into a more Whippety type with supposedly terrier in there at some point. Sire again supposedly has bull a few generations ago with collie x Greyhound and beddy x whippet. The truth for me is they're both smooth coated, slim nosed and under 22". Dam is good during the day still maturing with the fun of working at night and Sire is always complimented on temperament and ability, he's a smashing dog quick and obedient. Does everything from ratting and rabbiting

Youngs barble rod and tf gear avon both get a good work out when catching Stillwater carp. Trotting a float or free lined bread is when you get the best use from them
