Got a black animal on one of the cams yesterday unfortunately as is always the case there was a lot of leaf litter on the floor and a branch covering the middle part of the body, so I will be back up there later with my dog that’s 24”” to get photos in the same spot it’s quite easy, it’s quite funny how everyone screams for a clear picture but this highlights that even that won’t be believed once you’ve set your stool in one camp or the other I have deleted clearer pictures than that because they never gave anything else with them it was also me that done reverse image search’s on the Yorkshir5 points

The only hope will be that the guy goes back and videos the exact same place and shows exactly where it is . Seeing as he has posted it online you'd think he would be willing to show all info . Altho with Internet anybody can be anything and anybody can do anything5 points

i would try and keep your house if i was you and rent it while your travelling ,then if it don't work out for you which is often the case or if you eventually get tired of it which again is often the reality for a lot of people you haven't burnt all your bridges and there's no better thing than bricks and mortar for an investment and time fly's as you get older you don't want to end up with f**k all and a battered camper ,just my thoughts5 points

Stopped a lorry once and said a few words to either norman tebbit or micheal hesletine (time has deleted the memory a bit) one night at about 4 in the morning outside the houses of parliment. Me and a pal had been at a Spectrum night (one of the very first rave clubs and i was on the VIP open guest list) at Heaven night club (one of the gayest clubs ) and we were to awake to doss sown in the back of the old Bedford telecom lorry we were in so we headed back out of the city and as we went passed the houses of parliment there was a crowd outside some gates with one of the above in the crowd.Now4 points

I've met and passed the time with several well known people Bernard Cribbins, Nigel Havers and Nick Embricos. All chatted with us Beaters at a Shoot. I had met the latter before and also met ,mucked out on a couple of occasions , his Grand- National winning horse Aldaniti. Did a wasps' nest for Joan Plowright ,many nests for Norman Tebbit and his truly lovely wife , several for Wayne Fontana ,one for Rick Parfitt. Met Oliver Reed twice. The first time he was alone in a pub and was charm personified to our group . The second time was about a week later and he was like a schoo4 points

If it was my camera I would go back and start a video of the exact location and carry on filming as I walked back to any sort of landmark around there to prove 100% it's there3 points

Well for me, it is definitely a lynx, and as said a Canadian Lynx. Also, it seems to be in an old Pine forest, and not a plantation, where the trees would be planted in rows, and close together. Pine is the most common type forestry in Canada, by the way. Thats not saying, this is definitely Canada mind. The important question here is, what type of tree's are in the one mentioned in your post?3 points
-
That’s a lynx, possibly a bobcat, going off the trees/cat my moneys on Canada or maybe a large wildlife enclosure in an animal park, don’t throw rocks at me for my views believers, time will tell as always.3 points

I can't remember what group it was on facebook , but it had reposted these pictures that were on a Brecon beacons Facebook page . One good point made was that there was no timestamp etc on bottom of picture . Altho I know on my trail cam you have the option to not have it on the pictures The area is supposedly was was near usk resevoir .2 points

Larch can be anywhere from Japan and China across Russia and Europe to Canada, could be anywhere to be honest, but my money is across the pond. As Welsh_red said if the guy goes back and photographs the location in daylight it's a starting point, but remember the thermal pic of the cat beside a house in Devon, same sort of thing.2 points

The trees and the cat shout Canada, but I have seen similar forests in the pyrenees (Liberian lynx?) , alps, even northern India, a daytime pic would be better.2 points

In the late 60's I was an apprentice electrician at Dartington hall in the Barn Theatre. I met Marcel Marceau helped set up the stage, lighting etc a nice guy and brilliant. Then in the Great Hall set up and met Ravi Shankar load of huge cushions for him to sit and play his Sitar. Probably met more as they had famous people playing Grand pianos, Harpsichords, Quartets and Opera people but I was young and not interested lol. Cheers Arry2 points

Callum Wilson I have tried to write about how good this season has been for a Newcastle United fan and not really known what to say without appearing like a dick revelling in the new found wealth. Yes, this is the most enjoyable season for a long time, and maybe the best ever no matter what comes next (eggs and chickens). But, Callum Wilson cost £20M. No money in the modern game. Before the money came to Newcastle. Seeing him, and the likes of Murphy, Almiron, Schar and Joelinton boss the league is pure joy to watch. The money can go as quickly as it came. So many people are just wai2 points

Daytime for me, either out of cover, dug or bolted. Always love a surprise bolt in a rough old spot where a lurcher has to put in a proper effort, watching a lurcher loose sight of its fox and either get it's head down and use their nose or spring on their hind legs to get sighted again reel it's fox in and kill it is priceless to me and is better than 10 handy ones on the lamp.2 points

Good post, never really gone out just for foxes, old Bryn my 1x collie grey could find them in the day, but didn't like the sharp end , Buck could find them in the day as well. Where ever he got them he bring them back to me,. The prob I found with lamping them, was most were fookin lamp shy anyway, funny thing I've walked out at night after edible stuff, a d had couple foxes follow me, he must sent them, and was right on to them, he killed lot of stuff out the beam anyway. ?2 points
