  1. Well what can I say after 12/13 years I had to put my wee mate down heart broken is an understatement . Old age just caught up to him as it does with them all. He was a one in a life time dog and I know il never get another like him an compare every dog il ever own to him . My son started hunting with him , killed his first fox with him , started hunting with him round cover He was a wee nipper when we got him . He set and watched every YouTube video of him last night in pieces . Memories we both have will last a life time thank you Flick rest easy wee son you did me proud ?❤

  7. The whole thing is a con. Britain is responsible for 1.1% of global emissions, if we went carbon neutral tomorrow we would make fck all difference. Yet are we putting any pressure on global polluters to stop it? Are we fck. We are filling their order books! We have destroyed our steel industry because its dirty and uses lots of energy, are we using less steel ?. No we just import it from the other side of the world! We are taking petrol and diesel cars of the road. When we passed our tests we drove 250 quid bangers and learnt to keep em going by visiting the scrap yard. Now when a

  9. Back out for a look around this evening . It was absolutely still with not a breath of wind . There doesn’t seem to be many foxes around but I try to be proactive as apposed to reactive in my foxing. I wasn’t expecting much . I started off just sitting in the mule scanning from a hill top that gives me a great vantage point and has yielded lots of foxes over the years . Lots of deer and a few rabbits but no foxes. I decided to have a drive around . There are a couple of good fields that I haven’t been around yet . If I shoot these fields I’ve got to make a few texts and phone call

  13. The girls both got shining reports so their nan got them a little kit each to observe sealife. No school tomorrow so we drove 5 mins up the road onto the tamar armed with a few dropnets and some scabby mackerel. Its abit more urban than I'd have liked but we managed prawns, pollock, goby, crabs, welks and the celebration pic is because O had a hermit crab in her net. I obviously cast a line out and quickly remembered why I don't fish the shithole; I caught a wet wipe and a line snag.

  22. Me and my mate went down a local rock mark, cracking evening just to get out the house. Night started with a few small eels followed by a few dogs. I had a little rattle and a bit of slack, tightened the slack and put it back down. After a few small rattles I thought I better get this bait in before the b*****d eel rapes my rig. Said to my mate, think it's a dogfish with a bit of spirit and then it started to scrap a bit better. Mate climbed down and fish was still quite deep until the very edge when this little male popped out. Only went 6lb 13 oz but I was still pleased to catch the target s

  36. Well a day of 2 halves today , out at 4.30 am and managed a murder buck , good one to take off the ground as could do serious damage in the rut. Then in the afternoon I sat on a barley stubble, not many birds about but what there was decoyed fantastic.

  37. Mid to late eighties a lot of the dog lads got their hands on antibiotics and it seemed like they’d use any excuse to use them on the dogs to the extent the antibiotics became useless, salt and water is my favoured treatment, pick any scabs off when they’ve almost dried out and clean again with salt water till wounds are healed, never failed me and dogs soon recover, atb
