Really pleased with how my young dog is shaping up, now coming up 21 months old, being the first dog I've bred for myself. He's not easy and biddable like his dam but he has a brilliant work ethic and far better wind than her so I'm sure in time he'll make up for his faults in other ways. Had a great first season with him all things considered and look forward to many more. Recent picture of him stripped out. He's out of my Heidi (bred by Poxon) x a dog called Micky who comes from Jackie Drakeford lines. Included a photos of others from the litter now they have matured too.10 points

Arguably the most useful dog I've had was a cross bred black terrier bitch. She didn't have any amount of breeding behind her but she was the sort of terrier you could take anywhere. I got her off a mate who did a bit of all sorts with his terriers. She was a fantastic beating and rough shooting terrier, naturally steady and a retriever. Obviously lacked the endurance and strength of a spaniel making up for it with nose and thinking. She basically jibbed on earth work at about two but then some time later (three maybe) became a steady dedicated fox dog. She was never a decent earth dog but a d10 points

Every man and his dog got a 360 ticket theses days, hand then out like P. P. E... 95% are f***ing shit... And their basic groundworking skills even worse ? Seems every cnuts a bricky these days too.. Scruffy cnuts got no clue on housekeeping ?standards have fallen big time last 10 yrs... Only able to do a straight line... You have to set the footings out for them and do the band course... Even then they struggle to keep it in gauge?most belong on the f***ing X Factor... Useless cnuts?7 points

The wife is a manager of a support care team, this is what here company has sent them each,to say thank you for all the hard work yous have done.I told her to put them all in a bag and send them back to say stick it up your jenk if that’s your thank you.I think that is discussing and degrading the cheeky feckers.5 points

I didn't think we'd see many rabbits this season but a mole trapping job on a golf course 2 years ago earned me a fantastic offer to do more pest control; this time rabbits. I hit it hard lamping early season 2 or 3 times a week using mainly the pup Simba and his dam Heidi, then I moved house and jobs which meant nothing happened there for a few months. I began to make weekly trips in December and January but rabbits became very shy and hard to catch so I finished the season with 5 ferreting trips. Old Nancy came into her own here as an experienced and accomplished ferreting dog with a nose to5 points

The big fool is starting to take shape now and maturing fast. Generally a friendly biddable dog but has his moments, very smart dog and pretty independent. Jumps like a stag, despite me not doing any jumping with him ..... a couple of days ago he cleared the fence into my neighbours garden to have words with their arsehole of a german shepherd..... I’m 6 foot 3 and the fence is taller than me! He’s good feet, speed and plenty of wind. I’ve pretty much tried to keep him off to much game as we don’t really have any rabbits etc here. Killed a few rats and had a couple of races with our chosen qua4 points

Kids off to day just arnt like kids say 20 30 years ago.. The world and the people are nothing like then..never see kids out playing now on the estates..even sitting in the garden summer time you not hear the kids playing in there garden..sad times men...4 points

As has been said above, but with the addition of Aussie Whip's "ignore the behaviour." Just turn around and walk in the opposite direction and make a fuss when they come to you...no matter how much you want to do the opposite...else you'll be reprimanding it for coming back. I've never known this technique to fail, although you have to make sure there are no eejits around who insist on making a fuss of your dog when it's ignoring you...and then apologise by saying, "Sorry, I probably wasn't helping was I?"...and then they do the same thing again the next time you meet them. What gives you the4 points

Reminds me of story Sean .Years back when I was on the tools for a firm doing the mobile phone towers all over your neck of the woods and further ,I used to pick up a lad ,out of my way by 10 miles . His missus was a pig no other word for the fat c**t . Drove up one day at the usual 5.30 am to hear the dog barking followed by his missus shouting and silence .G appears rather sheepish and as he’s dragging on his coat he drops his flask ,the dog starts barking and wife starts shouting and by f**k the c**t could shout .Next I knew she’s in the doorway blocking out the light and grabs p3 points

I just noticed BenBhoy has a new avatar . It looks like a lovely lady shooting prone at a van with something like a 50cal . The recoil makes her buttocks wobble in a very favourable way . I pressed on it and it took me to his member page , I then pressed it again and the image became bigger and clearer . I then watched it a couple more times ..... or so . Cough ... cough , anyone been shooting lately?2 points

? I learned several years ago,..that, you cannot 'talk dogs' with dins,.. on the Internet.. It just cannot be done..end of story,...SO,..all we can hope for, is a bit of light relief and banter,... When the craic is good, it is good,..and the opportunity to meet like -minded souls is unique... As for 'strange ones' talking about or (God forbid), bad mouthing,.a fellow hunters ratley and chavvies, well,..what can you do with such divi feckers..? Of course , such vermin deserve far more than a weeks ban, especially on a site that they have freely abused,..but, what can ya do2 points
