  2. An old Victorian dish...........most young kids would look at that and go ""eerrr fish in milk ...yuck" but older folk knows better............when i was young i would have had half a loaf of tiger bread with this to mop up the gravy,,,but that would kill me now...

  7. Pride has been stripped away from the game and society in general...i used to feel really proud when lads like Lampard,Rio etc went to big clubs as for me your football club represents your area,of course id prefer they stayed at West Ham but i wouldnt begrudge them their moves.......the home grown players should be not just English players but local.....4 or 5 in every team named....lets see who really are the " big " clubs once finance is out the way.....it'll never happen of course but future sport is facing a dangerous predicament in my opinion as we're seeing not only in football but boxi

  9. Went for a mooch on one of local syndicate lakes earlier this morning with terrier.. Was told by bailiff that there was sightings of mink and a few rats. Well managed to get this b*****d out of margins in the cover next to bin they've put out for anglers . She was lucky to get it on grass verge as it took of for lake the little b*****d only a young clueless. Think if it would of been an older one it would of used its head and stayed in the cover. A give this little bitch credit she's a hard little fecker because she didn't let go when it got hold of her face at side. Could of been a diffrent s

  11. I was a bailiff at about the time the ban came in and I can tell everyone now fishing wants absolutely nothing to do with hunting in any form, they are shit scared the stench will rub off and nothing I have seen since then makes me think that has changed. In much the same way as the BASC and shooting in general wants nothing to do with lurcher or terrier work, fisherman are more than happy to cling to their bit of wreckage while every other c**t drowns.

  15. I used to poach , wood smoked haddock , eggs, and large scallops in milk , then make a smokey cheese sauce with the milk . I can only afford the poached eggs these days .

  16. My father used to enjoy smoked haddock poached in milk with butter on top I carry this on. My kids never took to pies and pasties but they had a Cornish pastie and chips the other night , I felt proud lol, not really but it's nice to see them enjoy what we did I guess , my father didn't cook as such but in the foundry he'd cook me pies on the furnace with a tin bucket and call it a Dutch oven , good times good pies... probably a bit of smelting poison in the mix to boot hahah

  19. You would need gigantic battery storage for solar and wind energy for when the sun isn’t shining and the wind isn’t blowing. Base Load is needed for those times and that means diesel, gas , coal or nuclear powered generation. The eco fanatics refuse to accept this simple fact. Cheers.

  20. I want to know why that 29 year old posh totty bird with the blonde hair and rather large tits got a peerage from Johnston after three months temping in his office. She must have been a brilliant typist and been able to make a mean old cup of coffee. Shame for that saggy titted old trout Nadine Dories though, she had been his chief fan and cheerleader in the Commons and she got nothing, apart from what he may have given him in private if he was hard up. I can't sleep at night worrying about that terrible injustice.

  21. MP Victoria Atkins, the governments minister for crime, spoke out openly against cannabis, had to then “Voluntarily” stop speaking out against weed due to conflict of interests when it emerged her husband Paul grows and exports 90 tons of “medical marijuana” from the UK,law-makers eh lol

  26. A lot of ferrets can look a bit rough this time of the year as their coat changes to winter coat. My mate has a little one that has hardly any fur at the moment did the same last year. I give mine a dash of Salmond oil every day while they are changing coat imo this helps. As other lads have said keep them dry, warm and well fed and watered and they will be fine in a few weeks. 27. The first and last sentence fit so well together In the current climate of sport a manager like Moyse to a club like us is good, sensible business......i honestly thought we would go down after moving grounds but you look at the last 3 or 4 seasons and he has taken us out of the nosedive we was in.....6th....7th....then wins a European competition the year after being in a European semi final.....the club is making money, making good signings, punching quite hard at a good level and looking like a pretty decent club all round with solidity and stability......not all but much of that is dow

  28. Surely now though the physical battle for want of a better word is who is the fittest rather than who is the strongest.....how many times do we see top teams scoring late on against sides they have literally worked to death and exhausted.......i get down the Hammers Academy now and again and the lads are all prancing about with heart monitors, lifting weights has been replaced with beep tests i think the fitness in top level football today is at a level most people cant fully appreciate.

  29. Lurcher world is in a bad state and it’s a real shame but you’d be very lucky to get a pup from decent parents these days unless you know the breeder or source them through a close mate. You look on the selling pages and peoples putting shit like Mali’s over bull crosses. I’d rather get a greyhound bitch and breed my own if I was stuck for a pup.

  30. I'd also say, he allows both full backs to join attacks as he has that protection in midfield, Walker and Trippier are both very attack minded full backs, or Shaw when he's fit...maybe what looks defence minded is quite a balanced way to attack?

  33. You still see odd litters from known lines pop up on places such as Facebook but the hard part is finding litters from tested parents it's usually young lads breeding for the wrong reasons from dogs they've just bought in that was someone else's cast offs..

  34. A good daily supply of fresh meat/birds..give them a little meal in the morning and another good portion at teatime...make sure they always have fresh water too( handy to have a few drinkers about)clean their shitting area daily with fresh shavings ..and I always check their bedding area because they love to stash food....and if it turns, they get ill eating it,in the summer feed when its dark, remove uneaten food in the morning...keep the flies away
