I am in a little town in butt fck nowhere of approx 200 people and this truck rocks up and let’s his dog out for a run made my day!!!! dog from Texas

Missed this picture yesterday, I think it sums the whole weekend up in one go.

what a great little jolly this was....myself and my family had a cracking time ...kids running round like loonies with the other kids ...adults round the fire at night taking having the crack..good times...we really enjoyed it ....cheers fellas... and many thanks to kev going out of his way yesterday to get a young hob ferret to me....thanks again TOMO

Brilliant weekend. Thanks to all for helping Oliver out with top tips and some fishing gear. Thanks to Kev for running around and to all the staff at the venue who go the extra mile each year. Good to see you all.

Brought back a memory has that, im going back a while now, but I did voluntary work at some kennels , first day there I clocked this west highland white terrier outside his sleeping quarters, slumped against a wall head down, quite clear it had given up, and mentioned it to a lady kennel worker, who was aware of the dogs mental health I asked if I could concentrate on the dog for a while, please do s he says, I worked hard on that dog, talked to it like I would a human being bought it treats, walked it round the kennel grounds, nowt was to much trouble for that dog, in the end my patience pai

Was a cracking weekend as always fair play. Kev you was top man as always, sorted everything brilliantly again butt. Arya as a new hero for the cockle hunt around Devon amongst other things. Thanks to everyone for coming and making it the weekend it is,a cracking time with great company. My kids have had the greatest time again so big thanks guys for making the kids feel as welcome as you do. Taking this fella out tonight. He nearly 2 and not seen anything yet so perfect night to introduce him. He knows what’s going on and seems keen but just me and him tonight as a favour for my brother in law while he away for the week. Did try him a few nights ago but sadly he missed the one run he had but like I say he’d never had one twist and turn on him but it’s all a learning curve. Cracking weekend again, huge thanks to Kev and the guys from luccombes for all their hard work, Joe for the burritos, Ken for the bbq and everyone else who all contributed food, beer and prizes? Koi will live in any old water mate .Dont listen to the shite spouted by so called experts .Ive had koi all my married life in a pond with a basic vortex filter and pump .Ive got a secondary filter as well but probably not needed .I like a natural looking pond so plants and lilies etc and they seem to like it ,growing to 2 foot some of them .Have to clean it few times a year but no hardship .This year been a pain with silk weed but I won’t be chemical treating just physically removing it as it blooms .The cloudy water comes from either over feeding or the UV filter needs replacing .Our pond is

We already have a number of canadas and greys along the shore of the Humber and dropping into some of the farms, not ours so not sure what they are grazing on yet. The duck and geese deeks are ready and waiting for right time. Phil

Plenty of greys about as there were this time last year. However, last year they disappeared on 31st August. I think they’ve got a calendar ?. My cormorant licence starts on 1st September this year. It expired on 15th April and it’s taken all this time to come through due to the Covid-19 , lots of those about too.
