I just like to say a massive thank you to FH, he very kindly said he would come with me for a bit of buck stalking, so we arrange to meet and have an evening at the sheep farm on arrival the weather wasn’t good, windy and cool, but we pressed on, a steady walk around the field and ending up at a spot where I’d seen them in the past, as the rain started it was looking like an early bath when he glassed the doe in the corn with a buck in tow, moving into position the buck heading towards cover, as it stopped I got to take the shot, after retrieving the beast he took the time to show me the13 points

Had an interview today, this morning. But on the way called in a new construction firm that makes steel buildings. Did a weld test and start tomorrow. I cancelled the other place...long boring story. It was raining bad here today. I dont know what it is but in bad weather I am always drawn to a flintlock! Probably years of hearing folk say they are useless in the rain etc etc. I admit today that it was suffering from high humidity and after the first failure realized I needed to change the prime regularly. I got two rabbits between downpours. I missed two and a pigeon. I made smoke and lo8 points

It's always the same though they will make it even harder to go wild camping on the back of things like this and it will be the genuine who suffer while the pricks will be back on their £9.99 flights to talin or wherever there all going these days. Same as when "anglers" leave a fire and a load of rubbish etc there not anglers there just pissheads who camped next to a lake and happened to do a bit of fishing while they were there.8 points

Liberia...... enough said! Too much needs doing and no one has the balls. It's time to say adios... if that also means me returning home then so be it! Let the Pakistani, Indian etc Dr's go back to their countries and up their medical services and let's start training our youngsters to enter the profession. In 10 years living here, I have never seen a dr from who was from outside of Spain or Portugal. Why? Because they train their next generations and prioritise them! Racism is rife and in the UK, we are on the receiving end now, thanks to our cowardly and openly racist consecutive7 points

I’m surprised that anyone is surprised or indeed shocked......it’s a well known fact that Africans hate Jews and pakis, Pakis hate Jews and Africans, Arabs see them all as bits of shit and Jews hate Arabs, Indians hate any other Indian that isn’t in their caste and Ulstermen hate every c**t in the world ! Lol Not exactly a revelation to anyone that’s lived in the world mate, you know that yourself.7 points

When I was camping on the beach a couple of weeks ago, you had the all night beachcasters all along the coast. Most have a little contained fire/bbq going. Next morning, the beach looks like no one has been there, clean as you like. If they can do it, why is it so fecking hard for people to clear up a few crisp packets and cans? Anyone caught littering imo should be made to spend a weekend picking up, similar to community service.7 points

Little baby got real bad burned feet when some thick twat buried a BBQ in the sand and the toddle walked onto it. https://www.itv.com/news/westcountry/2020-07-21/toddlers-feet-burned-by-disposable-barbecue-on-exmouth-beach Boils my piss when ferreting a road hedge and there are Cider cans, Dog shit in black plastic bags. Areas on Dartmoor that looks like the people just got up and left every item. Its f***ing weird, where the f**k do they think it's going to go? They go to these beautiful places and destroy them, would they go there if it was like they left it. Should be given h5 points

Nice to meet up Stav. I thought we were going to draw a blank as the weather wasnt the best especially when it started raining but ever the optimist we sat it out and were rewarded with our prize. Stav pulled off a good shot as the buck was about to disappear and couldn't see most of its body as concealed by the crop. A solid strike in the shoulder followed by a 20 yard stumble and down he went. Now you just have to butcher it ??????5 points

I really cannot understand why people do this. Clean up after yourselves ffs. Last week I watched a young Latin American family, cleaning loads of shit out of the sea, up at Badalona (obviously I helped). They left the beach with 2 full bags of crap taken from a small area of the beach and the sea. I wild camp all the time and leave nothing but footprints... Boils my piss! https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8564283/National-Park-boss-hits-illegal-wild-campers-leaving-rubbish-behind.html4 points

Think it was Simoman who coined that the trees in winter, look like shit covered Christmas trees, with their baubles of dog crap hanging everywhere. Why take something 100% biodegradable and stick it in a plastic bag and launch it into a tree? ??4 points

You wouldn't believe what I have seen up Hellvelyn. All at different times of the year and all as stupid as the last. Once saw some idiots around Jan/Feb time, letting their kids play on the drifted snow edge that builds up on the steep drop side. Basically the snow drift that has killed hundreds of people over the years when it collapses under their weight and sends them on a death slide, topped with a mini avalanche that covers their broken bodies. Idiots have no place up on these mountains and make it unsafe for everyone else, including mountain rescue who have to put themselves in danger t4 points

We’ve upped the miles last couple of weeks trying to atleast do 2 hours free running of an evening before dark as we were only doing an hour a day. We do the odd morning aswel if I wake early enough. Young dog seems to be taking shape a little quicker but he don’t stop from the time we out till he back on his lead. Can’t wait for season to start and after finishing like we did last season I’ve high hopes for him. Roll on the next couple of months Atb Igz4 points

Been given the right run around by this cub this last week that’s been killing chickens daylight as well as after dark ,those that get shut out . Farmer saw it kill 3 chickens last week and one of the workers saw it brazenly jump the electric fence and make off out the other side with a chicken ,having snatched the bird from within the scratch are last light .Every time ive been over there ,ive either not seen it or it’s run off into long grass .Its only young but appears to know all about infrared light . Anyway ,not to be beaten ,I staked out the shed it been killing from and lucki3 points

Thank you Daniel, more fishing ?, nothing better than having your work enjoyed ?. Cheers Socks, I thought a bit about using a smaller mount to cover the bottom edge but I liked the way it showed a little of how the picture developed, bit like the hammer marks on a blade, it makes it a bit more personal ?3 points
