It's been 10 days now since I smoked a cigarette. No big deal of course and a mere 10 days does not equate to having quit for good.. But what has surprised me is how easy it has been. I have been a smoker for about 40 years and a relatively heavy smoker for some time. The last time that I bought 20 purely on a whim I also got the vape pen pictured. I actually had this conversation over dinner with an old pal of mine a year or so ago. He owns a fairly big freight forwarders and employs about 100 people and he was saying something very much along them lines.
