You guys do way more airgun hunting than me and you make me happy, you stealthy sneeky blighters. I was off work nursing a stomach bug that by mid-day was easing so I grabbed the little used 99 and took a stroll to feed some wild pheasants of mine. I was hoping for a cock bird but only hens passed near by. So although having a blissful time we were going home empty handed but I took a photo all the same. Soon after we ended up under some roosting woodies, most were spooked by me in the near dark. One stayed, a 25 yarder. I could just make out the foresight in the we5 points

STICKS AND STONES MAY BREAK MY BONES BUT WORDS WILL NEVER HURT ME and im upset as i was told yesterday that a close family member is in hospital fighting for her life after she had a fall you just made the comment at the wrong time. im not after an argument or to fall out with any one so ill say im sorry yes the rifle is a stunner and as for the scope it is a good scope but its one i use to test the rifles so i dont have to take a scope off my hunting rifles , but look at it from a kids point of view bet they would love the silver scope on it . and at the end of5 points

The farmer lost a full crop of beans this summer and is still to work the field over. The hard frosts has the pigeons very hungry and this field has thousands of sprouting beans on the surface . I`ve cut into the hedgerow ( with permission) and built a good start on another natural hide today. I`ll be there tomorrow( I`m taking the day off ) - with the T Rex and dead bird decoys, I`m expecting a job is to be done tomorrow.4 points

Look Forward to seeing the refurbishment pics Jimmy and sending you those guns meant I finally had to pull my finger out and have a good look at my 97 strip of the carbon wrap properly bed it into the CS 700 and fit an adjustable but pad. Also fitted a shope last night so it's win win as far as I am concerned.4 points

When I was about 18 I used to go out with a bird who lived with her divorced Mum, I used to knock both of them......her Mum was about 17 stone so I sort of figured it was a public service as she was a bit lonely the woman......it went a bit downhill when I took a pal round as well to give me a hand with the Mum but in my defence she was a lot of woman to deal with.4 points

Each to their own but personally I think the book is of very high quality, the images are of a superior quality to volume one,the action shots are superb..pics like that are not just a given when your out EVERYTHING has to be just right even down to the weather as it affects the light which in turn affects the exposure of the photographs so believe me for every good shot there will be hundreds that just don't cut the mustard, the tens of thousands of miles travelled, ferry journeys, the walking, climbing of mountains,it ain't easy & lugging a camera with a huge lens on don't make things any eas4 points

Go on them, as we're divulging saucy secrets......... The good lady phoned me the other day, and said "I'm not wearing any underwear !" "Really ?" I said, a bit taken aback. "Yes" she purred......... "Because you didn't put the f***ing washing in the f***ing dryer any of the f***ing 10 times I asked you to !"3 points

I think if the birds left the estate oven ready then people would buy them. If an onsite butcher was hired for the day in a mobile unit then even at the cost of say 200 or 300 pound it would be worth it similar to turkey pluckers at xmas .Obviously this is easier said than done with health and safety laws but a mobile premises would be ideal. I think birds been left behind in feather is down to laziness and people would rather pay £3 pound or whatever for an oven ready bird than go to the rounds of plucking , gutting and then cleaning up the mess. I bet most of the wealthy guns would bring the3 points

It reminds me of Grieg davies the comedian stand up show. He said to the audience ."look@youre partner go on turn around and look them in the eye. A few Times a day they will have thoughts come into their heads that if you knew about it. You would f***ing leave them"! lol3 points

I did the opposite I worked in butchers shops for 15 years then left and started pest control butchers shops are 6 days a week long hours and loads of paperwork to keep on top of eho inspections weights and measures trading standards coshh temperature control sheets delivery temperature sheets traceability with everything you touch that’s without the raw- cooked - frozen - selling and handling nightmares then there’s the profits and loss if you don’t sell a cut of meat it only moves down the chain eventually ending frozen or minced or in the pet food bag3 points

The chance of a bolt is mostly down to the fox, the earth it is in and the position the dog enters. A willing terrier can force a quick bolt but if it is in a stop, to create a bolt would mean the dog has given ground. Different if its mid tube. Bolting dogs are very useful dogs in certain hands. E.g in deep places on steep bankings. And they shouldnt be overlooked. But theyre not in the same league as a digging dog and definitely shouldnt be a goal to breed towards.3 points

The Poles who come to the UK tend to be the unskilled and uneducated. The lack of English language and the different culture means Poles tend to stick together in the UK. They work in unskilled jobs where there are lots of Poles, and very little English is needed, and shop in Polish shops, ran by Poles. It's no wonder they have very poor english. It's the same with most immigrants. Poland is a very traditional country. Poles tend to be very proud of their culture, and haven't succumbed to political correctness and fear of offending someone, like the West has. The communist regime they su3 points
