Some of the rough coursing amidst the Irish farmlands, sedges, etc is incredibly exciting...I would far rather see the dog hunting his hares in such a natural manner.. Far, far better for me, than walking those god-forsaken , endless fecking Fens of East Anglia....yes,.. due to the terrain,.. you can often witness the course in its entirety, and yes, the hares are superlative, but after a few dozen trips, I found it to be like watching paint dry....not for me Brothers...? AS for the Irish Park Coursing,...well, loads of pals have made the journey over, and it would seem to be a fast12 points

I know I qgoing to get shit from some sides, but park coursing is completely different from normal coursing. Its not something I support.....captive hares ran by greyhounds in muzzles isn't my idea of sport. Sorry, but that's just the opinion of a man who's ran hares for over 55 years on their own ground, given fair law ? Cheers.12 points

? The west will make sure they get there? We are going carbon neutral so we have our eyes on all that coal and resources. Ukraine can feed itself....we no doubt have our eyes on all that cheap food. Ukraine has cars that they can fix themselves and run for years....the west can see a market for car finance. Ukrainians own their own homes, we no doubt see a market for mortgages and debt (or wealth as we call it). .....ohhh yes Ukraine will meet the standards and will get a dose of our 'wealth and freedom '6 points

well that lasted 20 seconds before I had to turn it off...breaks my heart watching stuff like that... it's one of those things where if I won stupid money on the lottery I would like to get involved and set up something better for them with real carers that really cared6 points

What a cracking way of seeing the country. Slowly navigating the British waterways in your house visiting historic and interesting places at your own time and pace. Fantastic.6 points

I've said many times on here over the years that if I want one for the pot, I don't care if it's taken out of the seat or a kick up, but if I'm out for sport, or to test a dog, the hare gets fair law, and if it puts up a good show and gets away...well done. My comment was about captive hares, run in enclosed spaces, by greyhounds in muzzles. As I said, not my idea of sport.? Cheers.6 points

Spicy chicken, courgette and tomato pasta, bit of garlic bread only thing that’s a bit spicy the missus will eat, said she’d eat spam fritters though, apparently her mam used to do them for her, god only knows what they were like, that woman can cook the sh*t out of water, whenever we went for Sunday dinner I’d always ask if I needed to bring a straw for the veg ? Sunday dinner soap ?4 points

sandy don't you think your maybe being slightly hypocritical... after all both you and I have said how good a test the iberian hare looks ...with the likes of mC HULL taking the piss....also you yourself have put up vids of park coursing in Spain or Portugal....and the dogs being muzzled and still catching hares.. personally I'm not a fan of park coursing ...but each to there own4 points

Poorly paid care for our elderly and disabled???? ......but we can write cheques for Billions in military aid to Ukraine. Ahhhh perhaps we are doing it for humanitarian reasons ???????? When intelligent people believe that it becomes easy to see how men can be sent to butcher their brothers in their millions 'for freedom and democracy'. ?3 points

Ha'way man, Quiche? Greyman I can understand, he has an alternative lifestyle, greying manbun, designer salt-and-pepper goatee, and recites Shakespeare with a soft west-country burr but how did you get into Quiche? Your the most geezerly geezer on here ?3 points

A lot of these greyhound "lads"have the idea every hare in the island of Ireland belongs to them,..I used to hunt on land they couldn't run greyhounds on due to injury possibilities, and with permission, and they still behave as if it's their land,a large percentage of them are arseholes, some are sound,...the lurcher lads didn't do themselves any favours either, and the travellers completely furked it up,so much so some of these greyhound clubs, vandalize cars and turn up mob handed when there's only one or two lads walking the land,I've lost all sympathy for them, there's no room for lurcher lads3 points
-
I totally agree with you there catch something as quick as possible But the bottom line is the greyhound Lads have every right to run there dogs up the field the hares are in pens for a week or so and vet checked too it's not going to last much longer the way things are going the woke army is winning ferreting will be next then fishing tell there's nothing3 points

After seeing nothing on the stubbles I called at another farm on the way home. A fox came to the rabbit call immediately but decided to sit on the farm track skylined so no shot....it must have sat there for 5 mins before wandering off. Only one thing for it , go and search for it. Now I was walking along the gorse covered bank and it appeared about 40 yds from me , a naive cub so quickly put it to bed ?3 points

Never liked this type of sport ,to me I run a dog to catch something qs quick and easy as possible and to cage a hare is cruel at least I think so3 points
