What is the protection status of cormorants on inland waters I know some round here shoot shit out of them and I know some with a ticket for a certain amount to cull each year etc but was wondering if an old boy and an old dog were walking along a canal and one popped up nearby with a lovely fish in its mouth and the old fella just happened to have a lovely yew catty in his hand with an 8 mm ball bearing in the pouch and in an instant faster than the speed of light without a moment to process his thoughts drew and fired killing said cormorant stone dead with an absolutely incredible head shot,

A great weekend with A good pair of friends who come up for a couple weekends hunting every year to me. She also said no so that was good enough for us he wasn’t in it but not far away. Went across the road checked another one on the same farm he wasn’t in it but down the ditch we checked an earth I never got game out of before and sure enough it was holding. Lovely digging at 1.0m out the flat of the field . 1 accounted for. Up the road

Stayed in South Louisana last night, cajun country, beautiful place. Managed to have a little fish this morning as we stayed in a cabin on a small lake, lost a fish which jumped and shook the hook, looked like a large mouth bass to me.. Another nice day on the roadside hedge just mopping up what's left, they didn't want to bolt today but we managed 16 and a total of 110 off this hedge this season so a happy farmer bagged a bit more permission from a passing landowner as well so a productive day all round

nice job, i still have my RC car from the early nineties, it`s a BMW i put a more up rated motor and suspension on at the time, it was quite quick after doing that, but back them it only run for about 10 mins before it needed a charge, then it took ages to charge the battery, so i lost the infusionism in it, now they have a lot better run time to play with them, hope your boys enjoy them.

As the first coating of Tung oil has not completely dried in, I have just taken a couple of photos hopefully showing the colour change.
