The first 2 are poisonous cottonmouths.The last one isnt.hes a banded water snake.Those Mountains are full of snakes.The other day I was walking the edge of the creek and got between 2 different kinds of poisonous snakes.This has never happened to me.As the snakes were right at my feet I became so nervous I began to laugh. I found sleeping bag washed up on beach other night in its bag. Gave it a wash and dry and it’s in tidy order . Looks like cheapo Tesco job. I was down beach other night early hours netting. Just arrived back from the Shetlands. Great week working up there. Windy and fairly big seas but we managed to get a fair bit done. On Monday We managed to get the group up to Muckle Flugga lighthouse, north of Unst. We were the most northerly people on the UK mainland. Kayaks away. Back on the tools this week.
