For sure but for anybody that’s suffering with pain or inflammation then I suggest they try an cut out carbs an sugar or cut down at very least an see how they go, what they got to lose, I’m pretty sure it won’t cure all, but worth a try

Iv been working out a good bit longer than I started eating better. I foolishly started off eating anything just cos I was working out, but o found the more carbs I ate the worse I felt at work or the gym, so had heard loads a folk saying about carbs an sugar an carnivore diet an stuff but didn’t understand it to be honest. Aye buddy still at it, mostly the big compounds.
