  1. Really like my young Collie bitch, 19 1/2” and 14 months. Been doing great ferreting, very biddable, sensible, great marker, also started marking moles. Can stop on hares, I don’t want her running them as I am trapping next to roads a lot. Fantastic little bitch, so pleased I went for another Collie. This is my second collie for ferreting, the other bitch was 20yrs back, had beddy whippet types for a few years and also terriers of different breeds up to 40yrs back, my old collie was my best ferreting dog but I won’t be surprised if this one doesn’t top her. I’m rather surprised that collies a

  4. That's how things stand now I'd say, any mention of war would flip that. We're doing alright so far and they're not hence the never ending shit they keep throwing. Besides, as Wilf said, we love it really! And we have Bozza at the helm, the most clinical and lethal tactician the country has ever seen.... f**k me dead!

  5. I spend most days working & walking with what dogs I own, as long as they earn their keep I'm happy enough to keep them ,I'm paid for results and that's expected. The dogs aren't pets ,none live indoors nor are they kept in one big court, they have their own kennel and run. All of this has come about because it either makes life easier or it works for ME. It certainly wouldn't work for others ,we all have our own views however just a reminder ,Dogs don't know how they are bred ,humans are the only ones that worry about that sort of stuff ,a dog doesn't know nor does it care ,it just knows

  7. I was fishing off my kayak off Flamborough in 2008 when the local tourist boat came close and one of the crew shouted that they had seen a pod of Orca at the north side. I Thought they were taking the pi$$ but it was in the local paper the next day. A Geordie l used to work with who had worked on a fishing boat said that they were regular visitors to that area. Apparently they feed on football supporters who have been chased into the sea by pit men.

  10. I think Johnson walks a fine line. He knows that the Englishman on the street wants Brexit, St Georges day etc basically to feel patriotic again after years of all that 'other' way of thinking that just so happens to be what the EU are all about. And he's giving a bit of that 'feeling' more than anyone that has come before him in recent history. But at the same time he knows he can't just go to war with the PC globalist woke mob. They're significantly embedded throughout the establishment and we only have to look at Trump for where that gets you. He's not an appeaser, as you say he d

Shove them in there ~ like my smelly cock down Kings throat, if he doesn't sober up and cut the fukking lip ~ and I'd need an angle grinder to get them back out. Yeah. Cheers, Chid. Looks like it'll have to be It's got so I'm just chucking money at this shit anyway. Forty quid for the charger alone! Then, we have Greyman saying these 'better. cams Do just pack up?! 15. Been wanting a nice multi pump for a while, but could never really justify the cost especially with my PCP. Well walking into the pawn shop today to just look around and they had this little gal in the window . They average $150-$175 new and they wanted $79.99 for this one ! Pumped it up a few times to see if it held pressure and seemed pretty good so out the door we went ?

  17. Looks like a lovely dog. I had three that I took beating and walk up shooting. They were all different; one worked like a spaniel, another froze and pointed game and the third was like a bulldozer. No cover phased him. When I took them on new shoots I got some funny looks at first. But I was always asked back. A good collie will do anything.

Seems to be a lot of rats and first time I’ve found them out in fields grazing to, mostly it’s in and around the barns etc. Went out with my mate last night, stopped counting at 50, had some good runs. Technically 2/3 are Lurchers ?

Watching the movement of a fox for a few minutes before taking the shot would tell you difference between the too , or should do anyway but I totally agree, if unsure keep your finger of the trigger just be 110% sure is the only way forward and I must say after using the xq38 to spot and the xq50 to shoot after a while I can tell the difference at range between a fox and a badger let’s say , never seen a dog mind but yes just make sure and if I’m not the safety catch stays on

  23. I think Cummings wanted the government and the civil service to be fit for purpose and work like a well oiled machine......not to be an old boys club, the old school tie, jobs for the boys, or as in Boris's case, government by unelected girl friend ! That was never going to happen, the Establishment is far to embedded to let a lone wolf spoil their club, so he had to be got rid of ! Cheers.

The last time such a huge fleet of coracle's was deployed from Wales was during WW2. when 15 left Swansea on route to Japan..I'm quite proud that Wales has shown it's Maritime might in troubled times mate... Apparently they have all had 3 large bowls of cawl. To build up energy levels to battle against suspected strong head winds when they come around lands end in a V formation.on route to jersey..

I have always believed that us British are all thugs at heart, we have been fighting every c**t forever, it’s just naturally us. Imho every single true born British man is only ever 2 schools, a couple of university’s and some life circumstance away from bottling geezers in a local boozer somewhere ! Lol ?

  33. A bit of an update on the pups. My wife's is doing good as a yard dog and catches bits and pieces round the stables but isn't actively worked which is a pity. She keeps busy though and gets stuck into anything that turns up round the stables. She's out all day so gets plenty of opportunities. Mine pretty much missed the season after dislocating her hip, she lived with my mum for 4 months recuperating and I've just got her back a few weeks ago. I was worried she would've gone soft or that the hip would recur but, so far, the hip is holding up and she certainly hasn't gone soft.

  36. France has threatened to switch off electricity to the The Channel Isles and blockade their ports in retaliation for the new, post Brexit fishing rules. If Argentina pulled the same stunt with the Falklands, we would consider it an act of war, and react accordingly, so why are we not being more reactive with France ? Maybe turn "Big Lizzie" and her carrier group around and re-assign them to the English Channel ? Cheers.

  39. The road freight people in Ireland told a committee of TDs (MPs) about the extra rule, TDs claimed they didn’t even know. Came direct from Brussels to revenue & customs. Their complaint and the story has been buried mate. Whats good for the goose and all that...... I still believe Brexit was the right thing to do but at this early stage (D-day plus 5 months) the only people winning are governments. That will hopefully change but it will take time and we have to watch these pricks in Britain and the EU carefully because at the moment Brexit is set up for them, not u

  45. This is going to sound wrong probably, but I know what I mean even if it doesn’t come out right. Not saying me, but there are folk for who it is an obsession, all they really care about. Sad or not. They strive to have the real deal, as best as they can have. It’s like any sport, there will always be those happy to play it at different levels and find their enjoyment in it at whatever level they engage. But for those folk who are keen to experience it at its deepest, it’s natural to look at what others are running and how they are doing, and to compare those dogs to what they are running. If y
